The bar area smelled terrible, like dirty feet. I ordered food to go and the waitress was rude when I asked about the menu. The Bartender who took my order didn’t know the menu and originally told me they didn’t have the appetizer I wanted to order, however it was clearly posted on the menu in the restaurant & online. I ordered one menu item and it was not what I expected, missing ingredients and the presentation was if a child made my order. The cost is overpriced and you don’t get a lot of food, definitely don’t get what you pay for. I tried to call the restaurant twice to speak to the Manager after I got home and of course nobody answered the phone, no surprise. I waited forever to get my order and I was very disappointed after I got home and opened up the bag. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor service and definitely not a good dining experience. If I had actually spoke to a Manager I would have asked for a refund as my order was about $20 for one appetizer.

Usually we like this place. Food is good and wait staff is friendly. Unfortunately this afternoon for lunch a buddy and I sat at the bar because seating was a wait. Male bartender IGNORED us completely for 10 minutes! Not even an acknowledgment that he saw us. So we left and went to Cadence in the pro bike and run store. Really good pulled pork sandwich and friendly staff. Probably won't be visiting this place any more.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. Very close to home and a great view of a North Park Lake. The food? It's very good! Lots of unique options. The same for their draft menu. And tons of bottled and canned beers. The service? Our server, Cam, was EXCELLENT. I'd go back just because of his great service! The weather was great today and got to sit outside which was a big plus!

The food at OTB is on par with the exquisitely beautiful setting that surrounds them. All of the food offerings are gauged to be very tasty, and delicious, as well. Their outside seating overlooks a beautiful lake, and the walking paths that are everywhere are a great way to either walk off some calories or enjoy the view until seating.Speaking of seating: the 'wait list' that OTB maintains is among the most efficient and user-friendly I've encountered. After giving your cell phone number, you're immediately texted a link that let's you see where you fall in the line of folks to be seated. And that same texting is the way you'll be notified to come to your table. And to that point: we've eaten at OTB several times recently, and their 'prediction' of how long you'll wait has been spot on each time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great experience the other night. My friend and I went walking around the lake at North Park and then stopped at OTB afterwards. First time for me. Sat out on the deck with a nice view of the lake. It was really like being on vacation. We each enjoyed a great cocktail; my friend loved her mule and I had the cucumber jalapeño margarita. For meals, we had the "healthy bike bowls," one with chicken and one with BBQ pork. Both were delicious and filling. Our server was great, wish I had noted her name. Very friendly and helpful in our selections. The only criticism is that the bathrooms are deplorable -- which is partially because these are the public restrooms attached to the restaurant. Still...Otherwise, a really nice way to spend an evening after work.
