I want in to get food an watch the guy that work there push trash down then started cleaning the tables an touch up on the to folks an the area where u grab stuff. I walked out. I lost my appetite. He didn't wash his hand after push trash down an then kept touching everything.
From the rude person who waited on us at the counter to the filthy lobby. What a terrible experience. Food was subpar at best. The chicken was dry. The woman at the counter had a terrible attitude, very unfriendly. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Overall, just a terrible experience. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place.

I absolutely love Chipotle, so have been to several locations. Pittsburgh, Indiana, Johnstown, and all around. This location, in Altoona, is ALWAYS the best. The service is great, the enviroment is great, and the food from this location is always made perfectly and always absolutely delicious!

We love Chipotle but unfortunately our last 3 visits to our local Chipotle has been an extreme disappointment. Our meal portion were very miniscule & the rice in every meal was hard as rock & severely undercooked. It'll be awhile until we give this location another opportunity to ruin our meals.
