I recently was at Osgood drive and had a very bad experience. However, with that note of that you’re manger at Osgood “Melissa” being so unprofessional and down right rude. I just wanted to make sure that the manager at Dairy Queen on 701 Valley View Blvd. in Altoona, Pennsylvania Brandy Morgan got the recognition she deserves what happened up there would’ve never happened on her watch she is very respectful to all of our customers no matter the rhyme or reason she’s very good at her job and Melissa could use to be trained by her. She definitely deserve a raise and she’s great management. We will never attend Osgood location again it’s only because of Brandy Morgan, that we will do business with you again.

One of the older Dairy Queen locations so its kinda small inside. This location used to be thought of as "dumpy". No!! It was very clean!! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Service was fast and accurate. I must say, the blizzards were much better than the busier location a few miles away.Don't let past perceptions steer you away from this DQ. I'd rather go to this location. Less crowded, friendlier staff, and better products. Worth stopping!!Kid-friendliness: Kids can customize their desserts

Delicious food served fast and friendly workers who have been there for awhile. They get to know who you are and remember how you like things if you're specific about things. Blizzards are the best and they flip them in front of you EVERY time. Rotisserie chicken bites are tender and beyond delicious MUST TRY!

With 3 people working and no one inside you would think it would be clean NO. It was utterly disgusting.

Ice cream is good and the food isn't bad.Service is good, but that being said the store desperately needs renovations. Bathroom stinks as well.

Delicious fish sandwich and cheeseburger, excellent milk shakes
We went to get ice cream to go, and I didn't think of it because it's never ever been issue before with the blizzardsthat the person that made them didn't do the upside down test and I know why now because it was already melting and on top of it the bottom of the paper bag ripped and everything fell out of it onto the dirt garage floor. The next time your coworker calls you out that you did something wrong don't shush them and fix what you did. When my sister heard it she wasn't sure what that meant, but now we do you knew you didn't show us the blizzards because they were already melting DO BETTER DQ we lost all of it except the dilly bars ?701 valley view Blvd around 9-930ish and I'd like a replacement of the banana split, and the milkshake as well as both blizzards please. I literally live over the hill from that store no reason for this. The bag is either junk or was torn prior to my stuff being put in it

They make dilly bars in house and they make them vegan friendly. I'm allergic to milk so it's nice I can still enjoy a cold treat with my family. Thanks for thinking of those of us with milk allergies! It is so appreciated!To the amazing staff who dealt with ballerinas for two hours, your hard work and patience under fire does not go unnoticed. You took care with each child's order and had really good team work the way you all trudged through the orders and finding the right bun headed child. To the employee running the register and restocking I spoke to for a moment, you are a real jem and you a leader, willing to do what it takes and your attitude and talking to you made my day even better. I forgot your name but not your face and if you see this give yourself a pat on the back because you are going places and your attitude is going to take you far in life as you are easily not replaceable whatever you decide to do! Props to the whole crew that night!
