No longer called Dominic's of New York, it's called Fresh Food Fast. Which is 10 times better than what Dominic's tried to be. The sausage sandwich with fried peppers onions and marinara sauce is absolutely banging! Owner is a real nice person and cook! All food is high quality, no BS

Nice people but terrible food. Its so unbelievabley greasy its just unedible. The steak sandwich I got was so greasy that the bun was drenched. I took two bites and just couldn't finish it because of how greasy it was. You probably could have squeezed the bun and had grease pour out. Food is way over priced too. An Italian sausage is 10 bucks. Its a shame I have to be this critical of them because they are very nice people. But these are my opinions. I'm sorry.

It is dangerous to go to Lowe's on a hungary stomach, one strong wiff of sauteed onions and peppers from Dominic's and you are done for. The aroma from this place is dangerous, I imagine Odysseus had an easier time resisting the Siren's song than I do walking past Dominic's. Sadly the food is not quite on par with the aroma. Not to say it is bad, not at all, in fact it is rather tasty, but it is not out of this world good. Which after the smell seems a little disappointing.

Possibly the worst combination of price, quality, service, and taste. So I was working a full day in the Altoona area and went to Lowes for supplies. Upon leaving I noticed the food truck and decided to grab some food for our crew. I ordered a sausage and a chicken sandwich. 1. The pre-prepared peppers and onions looked like they had been sitting on the grill top all day. The chicken was also pre-heated and just slapped onto the bun. 2. The taste was bland on the sausage and then the chicken sandwich was overly seasoned. 3. Two small concession stand sandwiches- on a hotdog bun remember- without any sides or drinks? $20. TWENTY F DOLLARS. What a ripoff. 4. I bothered the lady by ordering I guess. Her iPad entertainment was more important than a customer whose money goes to her paycheck. Honestly, terrible. Not worth the money, at all.

Smells better than it tastes. But the street vendor vibe is cool. Wish it had some like popcorn or pretzels versus chips. But the steak is seasoned good.

I love this place, but hate its location. It's right outside Lowe's Building Center and the reason I hate it is that every time I go to Lowe's, the smell of the steak makes me salivate. Do you know how hard it is to shop when all you can do it think of the sandwich that awaits you outside? The sandwiches are always tasty and prepared fresh before your eyes. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The prices are never bad.

The hot sausage is the bomb! Philly cheese steak is also great.
