Me and my friend went to dunkin on Monday morning. My friend ordered a large Carmel iced latte and I ordered a medium vanilla frozen latte with sugar and cream. It took 10 minutes for us to get our two drinks (they were not particularly busy at the time) and when we got them, our orders were wrong. The worker wasnt very friendly and just handed us our drinks. My friend received a small Carmel iced latte, instead of a large, and I was given a small iced caramel latte, instead of my frozen vanilla. I am very discouraged and unhappy to say that I won’t be returning to dunkin after that fiasco. Save your time and effort and go to a local shop like green bean. If you want dunkin, run across the boulevard and get Starbucks for a better experience. Smh.

Went to dunkin today chk 4889.First when we was ordering our items ashley who took the order was rushing instead of listen to what was said. When we got to the window I watched young man pull bunch of napkins n throw them in the bag. Two of the napkins was dirty. When we got our bagels there was egg on the wrapper even tho we just got plan roasted with cream cheese. Not happy at all.

I always have great service. But today the guy at register grab my donut with his hands tht he rung me up with. Yea he had gloves on but not acceptable. I should spoke up. But I through my donut away .

I go here a lot because it’s close. There are literally no times I can say where they haven’t messed up my order. Worst DD and I’ve been to a lot in different states. I’ve been overcharged, given the wrong food, told they are always out of common items. This place literally sucks. I don’t know how it’s even still operating. I just ordered 25 assorted munchkins and got stale glazed and chocolate only, and the munchkins are barely glazed. Also got an iced match latte and didn’t realize until I sipped it that they never sweetened it or made it wrong bc it tastes like ICED MILK, not matcha. I never complain because I never feel like going back in, so I’m just not spending money here any more.

I get a large hot coffee every day. I would like for the coffee to be full but they are a half an inch shy of being full. There ice coffee’s are always full to the top I feel those of us get hot coffee are being ripped off. Hopefully the management will correct this problem.

Then on top of it My donut was upside down in the bag and the chocolate icing was pretty much stuck to the bottom of the bag because I didn’t eat it right away. The frozen mocha drink wasn’t all that great as well.

Got a great cup of coffee just the way I prefer. It tastes great and the donut i got taate even better. I highly recommend the angel creme filled with chocolate icing and the French curlers. Was also a clean and quickly motivated environment. Tha KS for the great service, I'll be back ?

They need to fill the filling of the doughnuts. There was hardly noticeable. I ordered four filled doughnuts and it added up to one filled doughnut with the filling. I don’t expect it bursting out of the doughnuts but some what filled.
