Ordered the 6 oz Flo's filet, medium rare. Expected a nice, thick steak, not too big, but just enough to satisfy for lunch. When the steak arrived, it was 1/2-inch thick sirloin and was medium well. Spoke with the manager, who assured me that it was a filet, but was a thinner cut so it could be cooked quickly; the thicker cut would've taken longer to cook. I've never experienced this before. Nowhere is a filet cut that thin. If it were, the chef would've been either laughed out of the back door or fired! Fortunately, the manager offered to make it right and refunded the $22 for a piece of meat that was thinner than a Burger King Whopper patty. A member of waitstaff dropped ice on the floor and kicked ice cubes out of the aisle but never mopped up the puddles left behind, creating a slip & fall hazard. Do better, Longhorn!

Food was way to salty when I asked if I could have fries with no salt they sent out a new order and those still had salt on them again.. the fried onion petals where way to salty as well.. I then asked for the manager and asked if he could do anything and his answer was I don't give refunds ok. No problem but letting you know as for the price of the food was on point but as far as it being way to salty and not taking care of the customer properly I will never drive an hour and fifteen minutes to go for dinner there ever again waited all year to have a great birthday dinner and was totally disappointed...

I'd like to give this place a 4.5 ⭐Service was great. I can't recall the waiter's name but he was great! I've had some great steaks and some just ok steaks, but the food on average has been pretty good. The brussel sprouts are amazing.

Went for my birthday. Steak both my husband's porterhouse & my filet were well done...we ordered medium...NO pink! We were seated by restrooms, unnecessary & next to table with six children. Felt like I was dining with my grandchildren. Little disappointing.

Place was extremely filthy we went to long horn thinking we'd get a more upscale meal and it was absolutely filthy from the front door to the bathroom there was garbage everywhere on the floor it made us think if the dining room was like this and the restroom facility how did the kitchen look? We were highly turned off and it was our first visit there and probably our last our waitress never asked about refills and seemed frustrated when we asked for anything extra. It was our daughter's birthday dinner and we don't get out too often and after eating here she was disappointed she picked longhorn for her special place to go.I don't normally complain about anything because I am in the customer service business myself so you know when I do the place had to be pretty bad!
