Bathrooms are very dirty. There are no paper hand towels to dry your hands. My question is. Do the employees wash their hands? Or aren't food safety practices teached.

I work various shifts so I stop at this one at different times of the day when I do go, two nights in a row with the night crew and same guy on intercom telling me they only take cash. Cant help but feel like its just the night crew not wanting to do deal with as many customers when credit is the primary form of payment in a drive thru. Ill just drive down to the competition then that will. Its always something with the night crew at this place more so then just the ice cream machine being down

Why do we have to pay for ranch if the hardly put it in the bag like 25 cents per for them to forget to put it in the bag
Went through the drive thru around 4:00 to get my family dinner. Ordered 2 caramel frappes 1 20 piece chicken nugget 1 large fry and 1 medium Root Beer. The girl at the first window was very polite while we were paying. When we pulled around to the second window the young lady working did not have a pleasant attitude. When handing us our drinks my husband asked her for the second caramel frappe we ordered she immediately got an attitude stating we only ordered one. My husband responded well i ordered 2 is there any way I can order and pay for another one here. The young lady continued with her bad attitude stating we would have to come inside to order another one and how she will get her manager. To top it off she only put 2 sauces in our bag for 20 nuggets. Not only were we one drink down and totally disrespected when asking to get another (we were going to pay for it!) but we didn’t get to enjoy our food either. I’ve never had so much disrespect and attitude in a drive thru all over something that would go taken one minute to fix. Will be thinking twice before stopping at this location again!

No ice in beverage center. While an employee was emptying the ice a customer ahead of me ask about it and the employee snapped at her and we both looked at each other with disbelief...SHE SNAPPED RIGHT BACK!!! BRAVO MAMA. Manager came out to smooth things over. I myself order a fish special that was Disgusting!!! I only ordered it because there ARE NO PRICES ON ANY THE MENU...SO I GUESS THE BILL WILL BE A SURPRISE . I won't be back to a McDonald's. I would rather eat good food in a restaurant with polite employees and posted prices. Bye Bye McDonald's
