I deliver for uber and when I asked about a pizza bag the guy legit made my night by helping me out giving me one so Thetford stayed nice and hot!

The service is always nice, and the pizza is always delivered on time. I wouldn't eat it there obviously but the pizza is always great. They're a little more pricey than other pizza places but the pizza is always worth it. The crust is always great and the cheese and sauce always stay on the slice when you're eating it. Their bread sticks are also awesome and I really recommend their stuffed crust. The pizza is never greasy too so if you're looking for quality the extra price is definitely worth it. Plus they always seem to bundle a deal so it seems like the staff isn't trying to make you pay anything unnecessary which is great.

Called about an order that was getting later and later for delivery. We received no notification of any issues. Was RUDELY told by manager that the previous manager left him with a mess and that he didn't know where our pizza was. I asked why he didn't let us know and he basically stated we could cancel if we wanted. I said ok, cancel it and then he hung up on me.

We ordered,waited a hour for the food to be delivered,called back and was informed that door dash didn't pick pur order up,so we were gonna go get it,but were informed that they were closing in 5 minutes,no call to tell us,so we went without eating

While not OIP quality, the pizza is pretty good, and the specials can't be beat when you can take advantage of them. The service is fast always under 15 minute wait.

Had Pizza Delivered To My House And Tried to Give Him A $50 and He Only Had $15 On Him And I Was Supposed To Get $16.64 Back, Pizza Delivere People Should Carry More Money On Them Because What If I Got More And I Needed More Money Back And He Only Had $15 On Him? Yeah That Would Of Been A Even Bigger Problem. Because What If I Only Had A $100 On Me And He Only Had $15 On Him To Give Me Back?Papa You Need To Get Your Guys To Carry More Cash On Them.

I asked why he couldn't come up the stairs and knock and his reply was "I didn't want to". Well buddy if you don't want a job, good news, no one's forcing you.

I visited the Altoona, PA location on E. 25th Avenue , where I had THE WORST experience.. A gentleman who identified himself as the store manager called me a FAT A** and gave me the middle finger as I was leaving the store. The whole experience was awful he wouldn't meet my request for my pizza and had an attitude the whole time with a complete lack of respect for the customer. I was absolutely humiliated to be called a FAT A** in front of the whole store and coming from a person who had no business judging someone else's looks had the audacity to insult me so terribly in front of his staff! I find it said that an establishment would designate such a rude disrespectful person to run their team and store! I have yet to receive a follow up from the corporate office about my compliant but was offered a free pizza from the General Manager as if that makes up for the humiliation encountered that day! I was told the employee will be coached! He should be fired!
