I had the mini all meat pizza. Maybe because of the smaller size the sauce and cheese failed to bring out the "all fresh" taste experience. I definitely judge a pizza by the sauce. A slice from a larger pizza with vegetables may have resulted in a tastier experience that was not under-whelming. Service and atmosphere were good.

Terrific pizza. Have finally found a great pizza in Reno. The crust is hard and has a great chew, the pizza sauce and toppings are generous and it is cooked to perfection. We love this pizza and order it quite often.

This Pizza Factory is like no other. They have excellent food, fresh toppings and friendly service. I have never had a pizza I didn't like from this location. I can't say that about all of the Pizza Factories I have visited, this location by far is the Best!

I've had experience with Pizza Factory Franchises in the Sparks and Silver Springs Area. Both experiences gave me the same opinion " they are doing there best to stay afloat during COVID...nothing super special but still worth the money." Food always seemed short on sauce and toppings though, but not by much. This is not the same for the Lakeside Location in Central Sw Reno. Ordered an Extra Large Pepperoni Duo (the usual go-to) at a friend's house for delivery living about 2 miles away from their location using their website online. From order to delivery the pie took about 35 minutes to arrive. When I got the phone call saying the pizza is about to arrive from.the delivery driver I felt like I was talking to a friend and was asked sincere questions about how my day was going. First time anyone has seemed to care from any pizza place. Ordering and Delivery experiance: 5/5. When I opened the box inside the pie was steaming.....at room temperature! Cupped Pepperoni (part of the duo) was evenly placed and none were burnt. Cheese was VERY HOT, as if I ordered it in store, and the crust had that Crunchy outside I love, with the perfect softness under its shell. Toppings were very generous and I felt the sauce was fresher, and had more body as well. Bottom line, this location destroys all other pizza factories in the Greater Reno Area.

I would highly recommend this location for the following reasons; 1- The location is clean! Very clean for a pizza place 2-Great customer service employees on the phone and in person were very respectful 3-The food was delicious. The pizza was tasty and had fresh ingredients I would definitely go here again!

Lakeside Pizzaria is a hidden gem! The food is very consistent and the ingredients are much higher quality than I've received from other local restaurants. The owner is very friendly and works hard to keep customers happy! Definitely add them to your takeout menu rotation!!!

Since moving back to Reno this year, and because of Covid stay-at-home orders, we've been testing various pizzas in Reno. This place was one of the average ones so far. Great location on the corner of Lakeside and Moana, nice restaurant inside too. I initially thought this was a chain (it's really nicely organized and marketed) but happy to find out it's a locally owned place. The staff was helpful and were happy employees it seemed. Pizza was hot and as ordered when we picked it up, and it made the short ride home still in good shape when we sat down to eat. It was good. Toppings seemed fresh and it was well-prepared, not "I can't wait to go here again", but good. There are so many factors involved with having a satisfying take-out pizza experience. Maybe the stars just weren't aligned on this night for us. So we'll likely try it again, and you might want to give it a try, just based on their location, especially if you live towards the center of town, but mostly to give the local owned businesses and chance (and second-chance!).

My go to spot when I'm in Reno ! Pepperoni and jalapeño with their twist bread and a pitcher of beer ! This pizza will not disappoint

Well I am not sure 100% if I like it or its OK. On the plus side they are currently allowing dine in. Round Table is not. The pizza seemed to have a good flavor and the sauce had a little kick. I will try it again and maybe add extra sauce to try. Overall its better than Little Seizures, and Dominoes. So I will try again and see if it can earn a 5 star rating. Oh yea, I am a pizza snob so I am picky about my pies!

Okay pizza, they got a bit carried away with the sauce. The chicken wings should be sauced first, then banded. This would be a fan favorite.

Food is great.I didnt know that wearing gloves when you make a pizza there is optional. When I ask the cashier, why is one lady wearing gloves to prepare the pizza and one guy isnt. Her reply, we're clean, we wash our hands. Yes, but now I' m eating his DNA, thanx. She just stared at me, no thanx, I wont be going back.
