Not really understanding the point of scheduling delivery when they ignore it and deliver 30 minutes early anyway. Placed an order to be delivered around the time I had a guest arriving, 12:20pm, and the pizza was delivered at 11:45am. So now it has to sit in my oven either getting cold or getting dry if I try and keep it warm for the next 30 minutes. Same thing happened last time I ordered delivery as well. I asked the delivery driver why this kept happening, and his solution was to just place the order for 30 minutes later than what I needed it for LOL!! That makes a whole lot of sense.. ??

The people at this store are rude and look down on their customers I saw them treat an uber driver like dirt belittling him and acting as if he was an insignificant. So appalling I'll never patronize this place again.

We won't be dining in anymore. If we ever decide to eat, I'll just do a pick up. The younger workers were polite and the older ones seemed miserable. The lady running the cashier made me feel like a burden when I got there. Didn't greet me, just stared until I said what I wanted. We said thank you to the older guy that delivered our pizza and just completely ignored us. However, I noticed when a gentleman and his son were there she was really friendly to them. So I'm assuming it was just me and my family.

They still participate in the Book it program for children to inspire the love of reading. Plus, the pizza and cookie pizza are just delightful! The staff is wonderful and so kind. We enjoy eating in. The atmosphere is cozy.

Heard the manager talking about how disgusting someone’s house was back when she “used to do deliveries”. Shouldnt work in a place that serves the public if you’re just going to me fun of someone who is poor. Went on to talk about how their yard was full of brush and trees. What if that person has a disability or is elderly ? and then went on to talk about her whole family and everyone in it to someone sitting at a table while I just sat there waiting on my pizza that was finished. Finally she got up and grabbed it from the side thing they put it in when finished
