I found out today, that Powerhouse subs increased the prices of their subs. They are exceptionally good subs, so I bought (3)12" subs. It cost me $36.41. That's $12.14 for one sub. When I got to my house, near Bedford, and opened my sub for dinner, I was flabbergasted! There was barely any meat and cheese on my Italian sub. The meat and cheese that was on the sub was sliced extremely thin. The lettuce was very skimpy too. My sub was sooo thin, as were the other two subs that I bought for my family members.Deffinantly not worth $36.00.I will not be returning. I usually stopped there once a week. I'll buy my own rolls, meat, cheese and lettuce at Fishe's store, and make my own subs for a fraction of the cost.I will still buy the Powerhouse dressing though, as it's the best.

The sandwich would have been good if I wouldn’t have almost choked on a bread tie that was in my sandwich. There was a bread tie tab that is used to keep bread bags shut, in the lettuce, which ended up in my mouth. Not a good first impression.

I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and a chees steak sub. The salad was horrible. It was so hot I threw it away. There was, what looked to be an entire bottle of sauce just poured over it. The liquid took up 1/4 of the container and made everything soggy. I asked for the peppers and onions on the cheese steak to be cooked, and if that was not possible, to just leave them off. They were raw and added. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal, but the sub and salad cost almost $30. The portion of "large" salad was the size of a side salad and nowhere near "large" and to have to throw it away was disappointing. I'll stick to supporting the fundraising. The subs are cheaper that way and much better than ordering direct.

I placed my order through the app so I could just walk in and grab it and go. When I got there, a girl came from the back and I told her I had placed an order online. She then looked at the screen and saw the order. Instead of my order being ready I had to wait. There was no one else there until another women walked in. The employee took her order then started on my order. At that time another girl walked out of the back to help. So not only did it not expedite my order by placing it through the app, I had to wait even longer. My subs had so much lettuce on them they wouldn’t close. I asked for house dressing and did not get this either. This was on a May 27th about 3 when I placed my order. Extremely disappointed

I've only bought food from their fundraisers but all I can say is DO NOT BUY THE PIZZA!!! I thought I was going to break a tooth on the thin rock like crust! It's seriously the worst excuse for a pizza me and my family have ever seen in our lives! It is disgusting! We got the Buffalo chicken pizza which was pretty expensive! It was tiny, the chicken was gross canned chicken in one big frozen clump, a dash of Buffalo and a packet of Ken's ranch to put in yourself! I cannot even tell you how disgusting this pizza is! It's the biggest ripoff to ever happen to my family! I literally almost broke off a piece of tooth on this hard as a rock crust - it's not even really crust - it's flatter than a pancake and just pure grossness!!! Do better! I'm never buying from you again!

Fantastic subs! Their bread is amazing. They’ve always been willing to accommodate to any needs I’ve had! Another perk, they give discounts to local first responders!

The staff was not friendly or attentive. The food was ok, except for the Philly cheese steak....the meat tasted 'gamey'. The restaurant was clean though. Overall, will not be going back!

Went there last night as i was craving a submarine or two and boy did these subs have a battle for taste supremacy in my mouth... first up i had a half Italian, as an Italian boy this flavor slapped my tongue.... As soon as i tasted the house dressing i felt like my taste buds were just hit by a heat sealing middle... the sub packed flavor the perfect combination with the meats, the bread was good as were the toppings... def a pleaser... next up was the club on whole wheat... kinda wish i got it with the dressing but that's my own fault... miss placed dressing isn't this mouth watering... it wasn't bad... but it just couldn't compete with the more delicious Italian, the wheat bread was good... my only complaint is i wish the meat was a bit warmer but again that's on me I'm anal and like my subs extra toasty and didn't request that as this was my first time... overall it was good food and i thou thoroughly enjoyed it... as it was a good alternative to jersey mikes which i like but this time i wanted local... and it was miles better then subway...eat fresh?? Yeah right... check out powerhouse subs if u want flavor

Really fast service was appreciated. Unfortunately when we sat down to eat later that night, we saw that we were served the wrong sandwiches. We would have been ok with that but they were incredibly mid.

My work ordered subs from here a week ago and they were AMAZING, so bought some for my family today. Subs were noticeably smaller than last time, but not a huge deal. It was a bummer that none of us got the pepper relish we ordered, but my dad did get an entire piece of plastic bread twist in his...not exactly the trade off I was expecting or appreciated..

I love powerhouse subs but i didn't love the service i got..i was at powerhouse on 12/20/2022 and they young girl making the subs could not get the order right. Twice i had to have them correct it...

I don't write negative reviews very often, but our experience at Power House Subs was awful. When ordering, I was told they'd only give me a water glass if I paid for a fountain drink. That's ridiculous. I understand there is a cost involved in buying the cup, but charging the same as a fountain drink? Come on. Then we got our food; my sub had so much mayo it was dripping out of the bottom in huge globs. Gross! The final straw for me was the snarky review response I read when someone complained after a tasteless sub. Rather than taking it seriously, they responded something along the lines of "you must have covid." Wow, as a business owner, your customers are everything, and not taking their feedback seriously is the fast path to failure.

Every time I'm in there the staff is super friendly. Their food never disappoints. Not to mention they have the absolute best dressing out of any sub place around here. Of course that's opinion so go try it for yourself. Just a warning it has an apple cider vinegar base. Absolutely delicious!

Beyond sick and tired of getting wheat bread when I order white bread.Edit- Ordered again hoping for a better result, this order was missing items. Really starting to dislike powerhouse, don't know if I'll order from here for a LONG time.
