Our server was excellent. His name was Louese. Service was excellent and the food was hot and well presented. I ordered a chicken dish which was very good and a large portion. My husband ordered a veal dish which was very good as well. We will be returning soon.

You must get the Caesar salad - the presentation and taste are amazing. Our overall experience was not great. We were sitting for a while before someone came to our table - and the place was close to empty. The waiter we did get was great at 1st. When our food was brought out, our waiter never came back. I am big on them checking in on us after 5 minutes of getting our food. We had to flag him down to come and take our plates. Then he immediately returned with our check when we were interested in the dessert menu. Very disappointed. The food was just ok. I felt it was very loud as well. We will not be returning.

The burratta special salad was terrific. The salmon entree was good but the risotto was bland & no lobster pieces at all. Time to change the vegetables that come with the main dishes...they were overcooked. Our server Nancy was fabulous ~

Food was fantastic. Plenty of parking, pricing was very good. Love the BYOB. Music was perfect. Loved the Italian soft music. Maybe needs a little more decor, ambiance and entranceway.

Do not go here if you would like a drink side from water or iced tea. My family went last week and we were told “we don’t have soda” I was shocked!! Very strange. Good was overpriced and not good my chicken was rubbery. The bread and oil was good, very dark. I much prefer Angelo’s in dresher is much much better!

It had been quite some time since we had dinner at Imperatore and unfortunately our food did not make us want to rush back. We dined with 2 other couples and had wonderful service with very little noise as it was Good Friday. We love the convenient location and the fact that it is a byob but with one exception, everyone at our table had very mediocre food. Dried out chicken, lukewarm fish and pasta. Desserts were also very mediocre, except for the ice cream.

Went here for my moms birthday dinner. It was my 3rd visit to this restaurant. Everything started out fine. Our waiter started out very friendly told us the specials snd gave us a few minutes to look over the menu.He came back and took our order. my kids wanted padta in a pink sauce. When my second daughter ordered her fettuccine either pink sauce our waiter said no problem we can do it in a bolognese sauce. My daughter had no idea the ment a meat sauce. She doesn't eat meat so i clarified to our waiter no just fettuccine in a pink sauce not a bolognese sauce. He said ok no problem. Well the meal came out in a bolognese sauce. Ok stuff happens i told her i'll ask him if he can get u what we ordered. Easy enough i figured. Apparently not, he heard us talking about the food being wrong and I guess he didn't want to deal with it so he just ignored our table the rest of the night. as the restaurant filled up he just waited other tables and looked the other way when he walked past our table. He sent the other waitress to ask us if we wanted boxes. i said well this meal wasn't even what she ordered and he wouldn't even come over to ask if everything was ok. The waitrsss looked at me with a blank look I said just give us a box and someone will take it home we just want to leave my kid was so annoyed at how rude our waiter was. we boxed up the mast meal and my 16 yr old yelled to him to bring the check and he gave it her and walked away. I really don't know what his problem was we are pretty easy going and weren't looking to give him a hard time over a mistake but he just decided to ignore us instead. I don't have it in me to not tip even though he didn't deserve one but I can assure you I'll never be back here. For $23 it would have been nice to get a bowl of pasta the way we ordered it! The food was honestly just mediocre so I don't feel like i'm missing out on much. Our waiter was not a young kid who was inexperienced he was an older gentleman who acted like a total jackass for no reason.

Visited for the first time to celebrate a birthday. Our entire evening was wonderful! The food, the service...everything. Imperatore is understated and polished. It has a quiet ambiance, which is refreshing considering some of its boisterous Blue Bell competitors. We will definitely return!

I took my man here for surprise Vday dinner, Nancy our sever was phenomenal and Luis was also very wonderful to us. The atmosphere is so quaint and romantic. FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL! We were too stuffed for dessert but plan to come back again and again! I highly recommend for special occasions they took pictures for us too!

Our dinner experience last night was phenomenal! It was our first visit. Nancy was our waitress and she was OUTSTANDING! Our food was absolutely delish!!!! Loved the atmosphere and look forward to dining at Imperature very soon and very often!
Food was ok, service tolerable not friendly.They made error with our check. Kept us 30 minutes to correct.we understand mistakes happen but disappointed server never apologized.I called owner several days ago.Since he never returned call, I share disappointment.

Very Disappointed. Service was fair, had to ask for simple things several times (fork, wine glass). Asked for more bread, never got it, was told it was burnt as others were served bread. If you want bread at this “Italian” restaurant, stop at Costco on your way to dinner. Food was served cool, bland flavorless.Check your bill!!! We were charged substantially higher prices than the menu prices!! When I asked to see a menu after receiving our check, the server looked like a deer in tbe headlights. The excuse was, “we are waiting for our new menus that reflect higher prices due to food costs”

Food is always great. Last night we went for dinner, had a cozy seat in the corner. Placed our order and a few minutes later the waiter came up and said the prices had gone up 3-6 dollars on everything but that the increase was not indicated on the menu. Why would they not tell us this before we ordered? Not that we can't afford it but it should have been stated as soon as we were given the menus.

The food is consistently very good. Not sure what was going on with our service. Our waiter introduced himself but at times a waitress was coming to our table. This affected our ability to enjoy talking as we were constantly interrupted. Neither of the wait staff knew what the other was doing so we would be asked the same thing twice, ie. to order our food which had already been ordered. This service issue has never happened before. Hopefully, it will not happen again.
