“One of the best spots to get a fresh fruit drink on the mainline!!! I loved Mr. Wish in the city and was thrilled when they opened a spot on the main line. Many other bubble tea places use powders or syrups which I avoid. For about the same price as others you get a high quality drink with fresh fruit and can taste the difference. The owner is kind with an inspiring positive attitude, and you can see how much she cares about the quality of the food and drinks she serves. The grapefruit green tea with aloe is a favorite of mine.“
“Reliable, consistent and delicious! Our go to for boba and onigiri (spam, avocado, seaweed salad, chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura are our favorites). It's an easy snack or meal for me and my 8-yr-old son. Portable and easy, and really hits the spot when I crave sushi without the fuss. Spicy Mayo available for the bolder. I like it with my gluten-free Japanese BBQ sauce at home. Oh, and they're on Door Dash too, so it's even easier.“

“These donuts are fantastic! The flavors are fun and it’s hard to choose just one. The woman running the counter was so accommodating and made sure that I got my tea exactly how I wanted it, which I’ve really never been asked before. There’s a spacious seating area inside too, which we took advantage of! This is definitely my new go-to donut spot.“

“A great casual Korean spot in the spring garden! They have many lunch specials and lunch boxes, appetizers, noodles, rice, soup, and rice balls (to go). I personally really liked the flavors of the soup and was satisfied! A few tables are available for seating but can be filled up quickly. The cashier and other staff were very friendly as well!“

“Gong cha is solidly okay boba - nothing to write home about but their tapioca is a good texture of chewy but not to chewy. The teas are too sweet for me at regular sweetness, so I recommend getting 50% sugar (regular is 75%). The service at this location is and a drink will average $7-8 with tax. They share the space with a to-go sushi restaurant and have a few tables inside, so you can grab dinner and a drink and sit and eat.“

Hearty and delicate and sweet and savory pastries, steamed pork and vegetable buns, traditional Asian pastries at the holidays like beautiful mooncakes and gorgeous cake creations including Yule Logs at Christmas. It was really fresh, all the ingredients were good. You can also mix your own bowl and there's a good variety of toppings to go on sushi rice, brown rice, or salad. All the food is a must-have for a low price. The service is quick and very nice too. The atmosphere is also so great because they have comfy sofas and games to play which is really fun. Nicely flavored meat with the right balance of fresh picked vegetables. The bread is crisp as it should be. Their drinks stay creative and exceptional! So many options you can even craft your own. I’ve tried nearly all of them and enjoyed every single on. Personal favs are the Thai sunset, lychee sunrise, and purple daze. The service is always amazing and really helpful, and you can dine in inside or outside or take out, order through an app to go. It’s casual and easy for a lunch break or really anytime!“

“This place has been a staple of my kids social life since elementary school. I also go there with them sometimes. They have the best Boba. An extremely large selection of Boba flavors and types. They also sell homemade desserts that range from cheesecakes all the way to different sorts of Asian sweets. It's very clean very organized, and the staff which are family members are extremely friendly. We have never been disappointed, not one time in all the years we've gone there.“
“A friend recommended I try this place out because I love tea. I was impressed by their unique selection and absolutely recommend the Guangzhou Milk Oolong and Athena's Blend. The former is absolutely delightful while the latter is soothing. I've drank a LOT of tea in my life but I was still enchanted by these two blends. I'll definitely be ordering more. I do wish the packaging wasn't so plastic heavy but that's one of my only criticisms.“

Bubble Tea • $
“Let me preface by saying that when I rate bubble tea places, I usually compare them in relation to Kung Fu Tea because Kung Fu Tea's bubble tea isn't the best but it isn't the worst. It's not my go to spot but it's always a safe option when that boba craving hits. And they have a good variety when it comes to milky and fruitier options. For additional context, I usually prefer fruit teas and adjust the sugar level (typically one level below 100% sweetness). After trying a few of their drinks, I would rank Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea as being better than Kung Fu Tea. As someone who doesn't usually drink milk teas, I like that Yi Fang offers more tea based options. Also, because Taiwan is known for their tea, I like that that aspect is highlighted more in Yi Fang's drinks. There is ample seating inside with a cozy, chill vibe so it's a good place to hang out with friends. Drink Ordered: * worth trying - [Lemon Mountain Tea with Green Tea Jelly and 70% Sugar*]: I like citrus drinks that are more tart so I think 70% is a good sugar level before it gets too tart. The tea flavor comes through and the green tea jelly is a good compliment to the drink. The green tea jelly is similar to aiyu jelly in texture but with a green tea flavor. - [Mango Sago with 50% Sugar]: This drink is a slushy consistency. This drink probably tastes the best when mangoes are in season because with the 50% sugar level, you could tell that the mangoes weren't sweet. Between this and the Mango Pomelo Sago, I would choose the Mango Pomelo Sago because the drink has more depth with the addition of the pomelo. - [Mango Pomelo Sago*]: This drink is a slushy consistency. Similar to the Special Mango Juice Smoothie-o at Mango Mango. The drink at Mango Mango costs less so I'd recommend ordering a different drink at Yi Fang but this is a good drink nonetheless. Pomelo is like a sweet grapefruit and adds a nice citrus flavor and texture to the drink. Would I go back? : Yes. Yi Fang is a bit out of the way for me but, whenever I'm in the area, I usually try to go. Because I've only been here three times, I can't give as comprehensive of a review compared to my other bubble tea shop reviews so my thoughts on Yi Fang may change as I try more of their drinks but I like what I've tried so far.“

I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. It is clean, modern and a nice place to be if you have to wait for your order if you do not order ahead via their app.Generally, the staff has been quiet and not overly welcoming. Today, the guy behind the counter greeted me and told me to "have a nice day" which is a huge step in the right direction. The staff is not rude but definitely not engaging or overly welcoming.Finally, they seem to do a steady business. When I order ahead, everything is ready right on time.
