Food is terrible here. Lacks flavor. The workers don’t seem to care about anything either. I went here with some friends and the tables were still dirty, no forks, none of the drinks were refilled and the ice machine barely works. Half the time the food gets dried out and looks disgusting. They need to do a better job with the staff. One time they mixed up my bowl with another kind lady who had been waiting to get her food checked out and they switched our bowls and threw out both of our bowls causing me to restart in line which took 15 minutes until i was able to get my food. the only kind thing they had done was give me free queso which was chunky. Something needs to be changed.

As a certified safe serve manager- I walked in to order dinner and saw food strewn all around the food containers, cross contamination , untied long hair and zero supervision. I walked out without ordering. Needs major food safety training here.

Walked in just after they opened, looking at the beans, lettuce, etc, its obvious they are old. how can this be possible if they just opened? Then I realize they had just put out food from yesterday. Hopefully they at least refrigerated the food but the lettuce was brown and the beans looked old too. Disgusting. Turned around and walked out right away.

It was trash everywhere, all over the floors and on every table. The stuff was unhelpful and rude in every way possible. I went there just to check it after many years. I was a little disappointed the menus was ok, but I don't eat some of these items The soup was good but small for how much they changed.
Worst Chipotle I've been to. Slow service, everyone looks miserable, and the portions are always varied on who is working the line.Once got there an HOUR before closing and they had already put the chairs up, put away the food, and had very limited availability. AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.I always wish there was another chipotle closer to me and go here hoping that maybe this time it will be different. It never is.Only go here if you you are about to die of hunger and have no other options.

First off, the place looks like a disaster. There wasn’t a single open table that was clean. They all either had food on them or dishwasher racks. Secondly, the service was terrible. My coworker and I were the only ones in line and we waited roughly 5 minutes for the person that was ignoring us to acknowledge we were there. Lastly, the men’s bathroom was occupied for the duration of our time there, roughly 30 mins. I’m not sure if the person was asleep or OD’d on heroin, but the lack of concern makes it seem like it’s a common occurrence.
