So grateful to have Stoltzfus in the community! Their meat is fresh and delicious! Heading back today to get all we need to make bone broth ;-) I want to share how especially touched I was around thanksgiving. I was in search of a wishbone for my children. I called 9 local butcher shops. None could help. I messaged Stoltzfus and they explained how fragile wishbones are but they would try. They successfully retrieved one for me in time by early the next morning. When I picked it up, they wouldn’t let me pay them. Josh said “it’s just a bone” and smiled. “It’s just a bone” has stuck with me for weeks. Acts of kindness, however seemingly small, can really make the difference for others. If not for their effort and care, I wouldn’t have had what I needed to continue a family tradition that meant a lot to my family. Big thank you and shout out to JB and Josh!
