The ice cream here is very good, and the employees are very helpful. The store is also clean looking. But the manager creates a bad work environment. I have been a customer here a few times and when I see him he speaks in a very passive aggressive tone towards the employees, It’s not a good look for the store for me to witness the disrespect.

I’ve have been coming to brusters for the last 15 years. Their ice cream is so delicious. We love the unique flavors especially cotton candy explosion and white raspberry truffle and the different flavors each day! Definitely worth the visit.

I’ve been an avid patron here for years and the last 4 times I’ve been there the ice cream is completely tasteless. It’s almost like they’re cutting costs. It’s always been excellent ice cream and now it seems consistently watered down.

WOW! Incredible ice cream! This was my second time going. The first time I got a brownie sundae and it was amazing! The brownie was decadent, warm, and a nice size. I waited at one window and the clerk saw me but waited until someone else came at another window to wait on them. I asked her why she did that and she said that people normally order from that window. I asked her how I would know because there are 3 of them with no signs directing you where to order. Tip: Order from the end window, with your back against Pulaski Highway. Today I got a "Regular Waffle Cone" with 3 scoops: Horchata (incredible!), caramel cheesecake (blah, tasted like vanilla, what caramel?), and peanut butter puddles (very good). There was only one person working each time I went. They take each order, ring them up, make it, and move on to the next. It's a lot for one person. Business seems good, for good reason. While service definitely has room for improvement, the ice cream itself merits 5 stars! When I am in the area it will be a regular stop.

That’s the best vegan/ non-dairy ice cream I’ve ever had. I’m re-writing my review I wrote 6 months ago bc they are very sweet and attentive. A few weeks ago I visited this location and told them how much I loved the white truffle raspberry non dairy ice cream and since summer I haven’t seen it available. The sweet girl serving me said she would put an order in and today I got to have it again. Simply amazing!
