"I recently visited this Dairy Queen and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. When I received my cup, the worker turned it upside down, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, when I went back to get a top for my ice cream, I was completely ignored. I hope the staff can improve their customer service in the future."

I walked up to the window and asked a question about cupcakes. The girl was very curt and rude. She slammed the window shut. We also wanted to order an ice cream treat which we didn’t do because of her rudeness. I understand that everyone has bad days but such overt rudeness is really unexceptable. Shame on her.

Horrible wait time. If you're going through the drive thru factor in all the gas used just sitting idle. If you see people waiting don't even attempt to stop

We were disappointed they no longer had burgers. Needed a quick drive thru meal and we had the chili cheese dogs. They were edible, but certainly nothing we would opt for again. The hot fudge sundae was a redeeming feature.

My Blizzard was quite liquid when I got it. Not sure if the ice cream machines are at the right temp.

Was a good fun place to grab an ice cream treat or a hot dog. Then they remodeled the store and added a drive through! Now it totally rocks out loud! I can get my favorite snacks and blizzards right in the drive through! How cool is that? Cool beans with awesome sauce!

Waited 3 min at the speaker before anyone even addressed me to take my order, entire staff inside completely immature and goofing off and on their cell phones doing zero customer service

Second visit at this location. Blizzards not mixed well at all and had pieces of candy in my pumpkin pie blizzard that didn't belong. Also overcharged and waited 20 minutes in drive thru for these sub par Blizzards. Doubt we'll go back which is a shame because we love DQ...normally
