Placed an order for pickup as usual. Got stuck in line for over 15 minutes waiting for one single car to move forward. Terrible drive-thru control. Tengars had piled up by the time I got my order because of one car that they were unable to move forward or tell them to pull aside for whatever the issue was

Worst run franchise location. Two stars cause the issues are fixable.Consistently questionable service, customers seem to be an intrusion.I've yet to see line with full options.Always out of something .Most recent trip saw chairs up and line area being broken down 2 hours prior to closing.

45 minutes for a burrito is ridiculous. They asked that I order online as thier system was down. So I did and waited for my food. The system came back online and they started taking orders and making food for people as they came in while I sat in front of them waiting for my online order. Terrible service, people, and food.

I went at 5pm on a Sat. There were several things that they didn’t have like rice, vegetables and salad dressing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not friendly. Will not go again or recommend.

The food here is disgusting. Sloppily thrown into a tin with no concern about what was actually ordered by the customer. Made the mistake of getting door dash. By the time it got to house, ten minutes away, took over an hour.Driver was completely ignored for over 15 minutes. Instead of putting the order when finished in the pick up area, it was hidden in the background somewhere getting cold. Thanks for the slimey gross cold rice, and barely any meat for twenty dollars. I ordered burritos morons! Disorganized dump. The bathrooms are filthy and no paper towels every time I have been here.

Received incorrect order. And was charged for extras but didn't receive them. When I try to contact someone online I can only get through to an automated response. I was refunded one entree but that doesn't cover the cost of extras I payed for, but never received in this... how are there tons of bad reviews on here? Its a fairly new location. Appears they don't care about customers experience at all.
