I wasn't impressed the first time around, but they won me over! I came with a friend and got a basic latte which was just ok and a bit overpriced. This time I got one of their specials: the chocolate turmeric "golden ticket" per the barista's recommendation. It's delicious! The space has a hipster and industrial atmosphere that is slowly growing on me. They serve a very high quality coffee and are pet friendly.

There is no menu until you get up to the register which can be nerve wracking if you’ve never been there, and then you have a whole line of people behind you.Got a hazelnut latte with oat milk. Requested very light ice, but there was still quite a lot of ice. Flavors are 75 cents, and the oat milk was $1.50 which is highway robbery. They didn’t have their alternative milks listed on the menu or anywhere else and of course no price, so I didn’t know it was so expensive until I’d already paid.I also got the chicken salad on a croissant. It was good but pricey at $11.Overall, everything tasted good, but it’s overpriced.

The food and drinks were good. The staff went out of their way to make it a nice experience with my toddler, particularly the staff with pink hair. They kitchen staff were thoughtful about vegetarian options.

Ebru serves up boutique city cafe quality brews in a suburban sea of box stores and franchises. We feel so lucky to have it. The vibes are immaculate and I love all of the plants. We always look forward to seeing what’s new at the delicious pastry selection. Our go-to order is a cortado and cappuccino with an avocado bacon breakfast sandwich. The staff is lovely, we always enjoy our banter with Phoenix. And if you want to bring home some beans they will grind them fresh for you! 10/10 please never close!!!

The shop is nice, clean and it's a quick in and out for a coffee. Parking is convenient out front, and the baristas are pleasant and good at their job.

Can’t recommend Ebru enough! It is by far my favorite cup of coffee in the area, which is why I was drawn to the coffee cupping class they offer. I’m only just getting into coffee as a specialty, and Ash, who ran the class, taught us everything from sourcing, washing, preparing, and roasting beans to tasting different notes in each coffee. Ash was obviously passionate about what he does and was very welcoming and encouraging of the class, which made me feel super comfortable as a coffee newbie. More than that, it is clear that Ash is considerate of the communities that he works with and cares about sustainability and giving back, which is rare to find elsewhere.

Passing through and the signage caught my eye as did a deep desire for a good cup. I was not disappointed. Ebru is a true roastery. A beautiful interior and educated baristas will make your brief stay from the harsh, cruel world very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality and advice. The pour over was delicious.

I mainly come to Ebru for the coffee. It’s perfection, for lack of a better descriptor. They roast on-site, so you know you’re getting the freshest possible cup every time. The music is on point and the food is excellent too. In the past year they have invested in an ordering system that improves the customer experience a lot. The ownership want to share their passion for coffee with the community, and it’s just a great place to visit for the hot brown morning potion. If I had to give criticism about one thing, I perceive the selection of vegan and GF options to be a bit lacking for those with dietary restrictions. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future, and based on how they respond to customer feedback, I have little doubt that they will if they can.

I drive here from Exton pretty much every weekend. The space is open and clean yet cozy and inviting at the same time. Now for the coffee – you can choose between Ethiopian or Brazilian roasted beans for a latte, and I go with the darker roast from Brazil. It is deep and smooth with notes of honey and orange. Phoenix is usually my barista, and she’s consistently amazing at pulling great tasting shots and adorning the latte with the silkiest microfoam, which is not easy to do with almond milk. The cardamom mocha flavor that they offer is delicious – rich, not too sweet, and the cardamom comes through nicely. Their sandwiches are also top notch.
