I took my kids here about two times a week right after school to eat before practice since I didn't have time to cook. It was fine before, but now it's getting ridiculous how long you have to wait for drive-through. My kids only have 20 minutes to eat in the car before getting to practice. At McDonald’s, more often now, you have to wait 15 to 20 mins at a time before you can get your order. I had a mobile order I was picking up that my daughter placed. I got there and went inside. I was greeted by an older white lady with glasses, she should not be in any position where she engages with people, absolutely rude and could clearly care less about customer satisfaction. The service was horrible and it's Christmas Eve. The older white lady with glasses at the front counter is clearly not equipped to engage with customers. Get her in the back or better yet get rid of her. Attempted to pickup mobile order inside that was marked drive thru. She completed fell apart and replaced her good manors with an attitude.
