The atomosphere is always warm and welcoming, the managers and the employees are always full of joy and light even on the rainy days. Food is good all through out the day, I gotta say being consistent is hard but they are doing it right here!!!!! Look forward to getting another amazing lunch.

7 bucks for a small smoothie is highway robbery. Not to mention is tastes like they exclusively used unripe, green bananas to make it. Tastes awful.

While traveling through the area I stopped by for a quick bite before a four hour trip home.My first observation was how clean and neat the dining areas were. I needed a charge for my phone and seeing that all outletted booths were occupied the manager offered to charge it for me behind the counter while I enjoyed my food. He also the saw the size of my bowl of soup and brought a to go serving. I then watched as he cleaned table tops and reset chairs and tables. Don is an asset to this Panera and knows the value of satisfying customers. Thank you. I highly recommend this Panera.

This is a typical Panera: good food with customizable options but somewhat high prices for the portion sizes. The atmosphere is bright and a good place to meet with a friend or colleague to talk.

Ordered a pick two today. After consuming mostly all of my sandwich, I noticed a dark hair on the plate (not mine). I spoke to one of the assistant managers about it and he offered to make another sandwich. I said it was not necessary, I just wanted to make him aware of it. He said "well all of our staff wear head coverings" (except he was in the food prep area and did not have a cap on). He then said "well sometime hair just falls out." I thought this was a very inappropriate statement to make. He could have just apologized and thanked me for bringing this to his attention, but instead had to throw in that zinger. Maybe he needs further manager training to learn proper procedures in treating incidents such as this.

Ordered the Tuesday Bakers Dozen bagels and they were awful. Overbaked, dark brown and dense. Never had worse bagels. Very disappointing.

The service is awful at this store. It requires a New Manager. Every time I go in, the servers just look at you. Not one ever asks to take your order. Management needs to train the service people on the front line communicating with their customers. Poor management and awe full Serivce for a $20 salad.
