My door Dasher waiting in the drive thru for over 30 min. And then he said they were rude to him and that he could smell marijuana emitting from the employee. Then I get my food and the sandwich Is completely wrong. Just change it to slow bad food instead of fast food or eventually someone's gonna catch on and use for false advertising. This place needs a serious employee overhaul. At least that shift needs a new manager for that shift

The workers here are very very rude and disrespectful as hell the girl with the red hair doesn’t know how to respect customers at all soon as you ask a question she wants to fight he mouth is so nasty she’s so evil this is a place for family’s and they are playing and touching peoples food with bad energy

Very odd customers coming through this location that are very verbal and a little unstable. Service was all right, building was freezing cold on top of it freezing cold outside too. Waited a good 20 minutes for two normal meals for two people to eat

This location has gone downhill. Customer service is lacking. I placed an online order at 8:46pm. Arrived at 8:58, and the store was claiming they were closed and ordering on their end was shut off an hour ago. If that were true then I shouldn’t have been able to place an order. I guess they closed early? There was a car that pulled in behind me in the drive through too. I guess you like losing business. So not only do I have to wait for a refund, I also didn’t get my food. It’s fine though, I got more food at McDonald’s for less money. I used to like this location. I won’t be back. The right thing to do would have been to make my food or give me some sort of compensation. I was told to, “Talk to Kevin.” Might as well have told me to talk to Santa but he would’ve delivered at least.
