I mean it's Taco Bell, you're getting what you're expecting on that front, but the service is really great. One time I went to pick up an order, and the bag broke and everything fell on the floor, but everybody was really nice about it and replaced my food, no problem, and very quickly, at that. It was a bright spot in a particularly rough day.

Good consistent taco bell. I clearly ordered a sprite , it was on the screen. When I got my order they didn't hand me a drink. I asked for one and the mouthy ish behind the girl working drive through yelled no they didn't they're trying to get a free drink. Fire the trash I paid for my

Poorly run establishment that hires disrespectful teens. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER that had been placed 15 minutes prior. Told to pull to second window. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, we were asked to come inside for whatever reason. Go inside, stand there being ignored for another 5 minutes before even being acknowledged at all. FINALLY I tell them I'm picking up a mobile order and the name on the order for the boy just to walk back over to the drive thru without even saying anything else about my order. At this point I'm getting irritated and I ask "is the order still not ready after waiting in the drive thru all that time and being told to come inside for whatever reason?" I'm told nothing other than "no" so I said "this is ridiculous, I'll cancel and go elsewhere " and as I'm walking out the door I hear the teen behind the counter screaming at the top of his lungs "THEN LEAVE". I could understand all the confusion and wait times IF the store was busy, but it wasn't. There was only one car in the drive thru in front of us and it seemed like the young boy working the window was just being visited by a friend as they were never handed any food. The real issue is, if they needed me to come inside (which I still don't understand why) then why didn't they tell me that at the speaker instead of telling me to pull to the second window and having me sit there for 10 minutes while he had a visit from friends or family at the window? This will be going to corporate as well.

This taco bell is run by a bunch of rude teens. There was hair in my food and I was told if I didn't like it to leave. Will never be returning.

Their service here is shotty at best. One day your in and out another day it’ll take for ever to get your food. To be fare they are having employment issues. But they always get my food. And it always correct. There still having growing

Don't get me wrong, the food here is excellent. When it's not soggy. (I usually order soft tacos and immediately eat them in the parking lot). Still, even if it's soggy (messy), it's still good.

7/17/23: came to this establishment around 9:45 pm, the drive through worker seemed very nice and pleasant, she let me take my time in ordering but it did seem that she had a bit of time trying to understand my order. Everything in the screen looked fine and I do regret not grabbing a receipt from them. My order was supposed to have a substitute of spicy ranch instead of sour cream which is an upcharge, no spicy ranch as you can see on the chalupa (neither of the 2 chalupas had it), she asked if the added Doritos locos taco I ordered if I wanted it supreme or regular, I asked for regular but was only given meat and the dorito shell, not any lettuce or cheese at all. The regular taco that came in the bag and the drink with no ice were the only 2 items that were correct to order. I was told to park over for a bit to wait for my order which was no issue, but I had 2 vehicles behind me who seemed to get their order before mine which that’s just life but it’s not like I had some big vast custom order. Asked for various sauces and none came in the bag. Just a heads up notice for anyone that would want to come here at night, keep your order to what the menu says, even if it’s an easy substitute/change, it seems to be a bit misunderstood in what you’re asking for what you’re paying for. 2/5 stars since the worker was pleasant and some of the order was right but very displeased considering even it being a simple meal, costing just over $17 is a bit of a stretch for what was given.
