Rverything we had was amazing - the chef knows how to cook! He seasons perfectly, puts ingredients together to make the most delicious dishes. The service is great. Giovanni was our server and he is great. Knowledgeable, attentive (without hovering) and so pleasant. Truly a delightful evening

Wonderful dinner last evening! Hubby had Caesar salad (w/o anchovies ?) and his favorite - Chicken Florentine. I had the arancini (Creamy risotto with lobster and shrimp presented on spicy marinara) and it was delicious. I followed with the special fish of the evening-black-bass on risotto and it was out of this world good! Hubby finished with the incredible tiramisu and I had decaf cappuccino! Another wonderful meal and we will be back!

We have been dining at Pescatore since they opened in 2011. We love the food. We love the service. In 13 years we have never had a dinner that was less than perfect. The waitstaff is wonderful. A big shout out to Jewel, Andrea and Dominique. Always attentive. Last evenings dinner was wonderful. I had the pistachio encrusted halibut and my husband had the Veal Mia. Yum! Looking forward to our next dinner.
My first time and I definitely want to go back! As we were leaving, we were already discussing our return. I had that night's special of almond-panko crusted halibut and it was excellent, superbly fresh. They really live up to their promise of fresh seafood. Our waitress was perfectly attentive.

A wonderful family dinner! Eight of us dined tonight and everyone enjoyed their meals! We started with appetizers (Nonna's meatballs, stuffed clams, burrata salad and avocado salad) which were deemed excellent across the board!! We followed these with chicken Florentine, the dorado special, the gnocchi pasta special, chicken Valdostana, and the veal Mia and everyone proclaimed their meal excellent (I had the dorado on the lobster risotto with a champagne cream sauce and I was in heaven!) We finished with decaf cappuccinos, the chocolate cake special, the awesome tiramisu and the lemoncello cake. An amazing meal and our server Andrea was wonderful (and very patient when 2 members couldn't figure out if they wanted to share a dessert or not!)

Spent the early part of New Years Eve at this vintage Italian spot in the Ardmore area. This BYOB place is great for all occasions. Birthdays, graduations, or even an intimate date with a partner. Food - Branzino - Soup - Lemoncello Food was pretty good, but the real star of the show was the service and ambiance. Our server has intensive knowledge of the menu, and was an all around great person to talk to. Really enhanced the experience.

We went on a rainy night and the place was empty. This is a great local restaurant and needs to be supported. The food is always very good. The fish special was excellent. We shall return.

Maybe I was expecting way too much but in my food experience the food lacked luster and flavor however for the price in my opinion worth it. So don't expect Michelin Star Food cause it's more like pizzeria food. The deserts are awesome. Service is awesome. Interior definitely dated and needs a modern remake cause u can smell the musty old walls. I had dinner appetizers , entree and desert all within 45 minutes which says its not fresh made to order its frozen and reheated. I would return only cause I genuinely like the place after all that and knowing now not to expect fine dinning but pizzeria dining I am ok.

Pescatore is very cozy, well lighted and comfortable. It was busy and had a nice buzz, not too loud. The scallops were amazing and the flatbread signature salad is spectacular. I never go there without getting it as an appetizer. The service was terrific -- although I've been there when it wasn't, frankly -- and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is always a go-to place for us.

Delicious bring your own restaurant in the heart of Bala. The octopus salad is amazing -- as are all the seafood and fish specialties. The short ribs are wonderful on a cold evening. We prefer the main room for ambiance, but the second room is good for a larger group. The service is always attentive. Great neighborhood gem!

Great food, service and a pleasant staff. Not pretentious or pricey. My kind of place. HOWEVER! They're not playing nice with payment. One of the VERY FEW restaurants charging 3% for credit card use unless paying with cash. Three couples dined together. Two couples were prepared and brought cash to save the extra charge. One couple only had a credit card. The restaurant charged the 3% on the cash paying couples also, claiming if even one couple uses a credit card all must pay the fee. To make matters worse they don't allow separate checks to avoid aggravating great customers. Ridiculous off putting policy. For a restaurant to put a bad taste in your mouth is inexcusable. Pun intended.
Food was delicious aw always. I took a friend to the the restaurant for her birthday and she loved everything we ordered . Our waitress Dominique was phenomenal. Dominque was very knowledgeable about the our food choices and very charismatic.
