The food it’s awful. I don’t know if they change where they get their food from but just plain nasty, it takes for ever to get your order for it to be under cook with a nasty taste. Definitely down the hill. So bad I threw the bagel away after two bites.

Ordered a sausage,egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. It doesn't even taste like garlic. I taste plain. If I wanted plain I would have asked for it. Did not like my sandwich. It's not the same. Won't be back. Oh and one of the new owners was there and she didn't seem very friendly.
I thought i would give it a try again since they have “new owners” well it isn’t much different, Terrible customer service, very rude, i felt unwelcome and uncomfortable i’ll never return.

Definitely worth the wait. You have to get there early because they are so popular but without a doubt the best bagels in the area!

this place is disheveled and disorganized and way too expensive, they don't have the same bagels as they used too , the new ones are trash that you could get from weis , they won't take any orders until they have absolutely nothing to do so if you want something and they are out you don't find out till you've waited through the whole line , I waited 10 mins was 3rd in line from the register they wouldn't take my order or ask what I wanted after ten minutes when I finally got to order , they told me they are out of what I wanted SMH, this place is horrible honestly! the old owners had a system even though they were expensive as well this new place is garbage! stay away if you value your time and money !
