Horrible. I'm from MA where Dunks originated. Visiting PA I stopped here. drive thru line was long so I went to the front. sign said "only 6 customers at a time" nobody was in there so i put on my mask and went in. immediately heard someone yell "who the f*ck left the door open? " then was told to leave. back in drive thru, the manager came out to ask what happened. we told him. he didn't even apologize. filed a complaint. 3 weeks later that same manager called me. I told him again what happened. he apologized and said "next time you are in the area stop by to meet me and maybe I'll give you a coffee " I explained I already met him and he didn't care then and still doesn't care now. incredible.
Go here about 3 times a week and everytime I ask for veggie egg whites and everytime normal egg is on it, or my coffee is messed up. I can not just go there and everything ever be right !!! �

Went there on my day off, of course was greeted by a couple of coworkers who not only made my iced cappuccino with love, but also gave me 4 dog treats. 1 for my big boy, Gunner, & the other 3 for my in-laws pups, Dash, Sophie, & Bruno. They say thank you for the treats! BTW love doing curbside pickups.
