There are many restaurants that serve quality food. But most places don’t also have quality people to match. Napoli Pizza is one of the few places that does. I go there for their delicious pizza (I get extra cheese and homemade meatballs on mine), but I stay because I feel welcomed and valued, as both a customer and an individual. NEVER IN MY LIFE.I wish I could give this zero stars so so people understand how HORRIBLE their customer service is here. I called to place an order, as a loyal and amicable customer who tips very well, and as I went to place an order for delivery with one of the employees, the manager got on the phone and began to barrage me. He went on about how I was rude to his employees, because the last time I came here I called with a complaint. As a food service worker, usually you’d want to know when something’s wrong with the order, but obviously they don’t care very much about running a successful business. I’ve never had a problem paying extra, but if I pay extra I expect to be given exactly what I ordered, even without paying extra?? Like get my order right. It was a friendly and short lived phone call as well.Unfortunately, it wasn’t the paying extra that was the problem. Over six years of living in this area & ordering here: I’ve had countless orders messed up, had employees call me because they wrote my card number down wrong, and I’ve maybe called twice to complain. Seeing as I am a generous tipper & a kind individual I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the way I got screamed at tonight for just trying to order, WITHOUT COMPLAINTS, due to a previous complaint. Maybe if the owner had better staff and less bitterness towards the public he would not have just lost one of his most frequent clientele.Okay, Lawrence, but I’ve been nothing but kind to your employees both at my door and over the phone. On the other hand, your reviews and the way you treated me on the phone clearly shows that you exemplify rudeness and poor customer service. So I guess I’m glad I do not have to deal with your incompetent employees anymore and I won’t need to be calling back, but it’s great to know you don’t do anything about complaints except ban the person from coming back!

Price went way up. Product went way down. Very disappointing. Been coming here since day one. Sorry to say I won't be going back. Drink was out of date. Cheesesteak was really small for the money. ?

Sorry, but the pizza was not very good, more crust than the average pie, and the toppings are buried under the cheese. Low in flavor.

Very Good Pizza..worth the trip to Bangor, Pa.....this place makes their own Mozzarella for their Pizza...Fair price for top notch quality...
