“For the atmosphere and friendliness of staff this place gets a 5 star! As a PRrican I find the staple rice with pigeon peas could be better. I love their chicken soup and pernil. We also had the sorillos and also felt they could be better. But will definitely return, such a fun place to chat and hang with a small group.“
“Went there today before going to Wind Creek to play some Slots. We stumbled upon this place right before the pandemic and fell in love with it. This was our first time back since then and it did not disappoint. The food is outstanding and the people that work there are fantastic. We will be back probably in a few weeks. If your anywhere in the area the historic downtown area of Bethlehem Pa is is quaint but beautiful. All you have to do is top it off with a delicious meal from Casa Del Mofongo and maybe some winnings from the casino and you had a great day.“
“Best spanish spot with the best cuban sandwiches! i’ve been going here for a couple month now they have the best cuban sanwhiches for a amazing price i would not pick another place to get food from! bought 2 cuban sanwhiches for 12 dollars!! 10/10 recommend.“
“Honestly, I’m from NY. I’ve tried a couple of Spanish restaurant out here in PA. Nothing beats Manuel. Their food is so delicious ❤️❤️❤️customer service is A+ My favorite is the Monfongo. Manuel cámbiese el nombre. Manuel’s Restaurant is the best in Allentown “
“Casa Del Mofongo is a Dominican restaurant that specializes in Latin cuisine. This restaurant can be found on Main St. in Bethlehem. For those of you who don't know, Mofongo is made with fried green plantains mashed together with chicharrones (crispy pork skin) and fresh garlic.I ordered Chicken Empanadas and Roasted Pork Mofongo. The Empanadas were some of the best I've ever had, and even though I'm not a huge fan of plantains, the Mofongo was enjoyable. It was moist and seasoned very well. Our waitress was nice and the owner Michael was super welcoming.Pickup and delivery are both available.Chicken Empanadas - 8.2White Rice & Red Bean Stew - 8.1Roasted Pork Mofongo - 7.9Food - 8.1Service - 8.3Value - 8.2Restaurant score - 82“
“This is one of my favorite take out places though you can eat in at a table for 1 or 2. Everything I've ever ordered here has been incredible. Chicken of course and their side of pasta salad bean and rice are the usual order. But last time I stopped in I also got sweet plantains and a side of okra that was amazing. They also stock Dominican sodas. Follow them on IG 7streetrotisseriechicken_“
“Very veryvgood Latin food.you get a lot of food and the prices are very reasonable for the family, hope the prices stay that way. Cufrito are Not as expensive as other Latin restaurants are charging . My only hang up is they don't have some fried foods/entre that I like empanada or alcapurrias! But over all 5 star. Keep up the good ? work“
“The employees are so nice and welcomingThe food is nice and cooked they play nice music and in the club they have the most amazing entertainment and the decorations are so prettyKid-friendliness: My little sister had the most fun running around the club(it was closed)“
“My first dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted by the staff. They offered both dine-in and takeout options, and I chose to dine in. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. I appreciated her guidance in trying out Colombian cuisine for the first time. Now, let's talk about the food. It was simply amazing! Everything was freshly made and bursting with flavor. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. It was definitely not dry, which was a huge plus for me.The only minor complaint I have is that the portion of rice could have been a bit more generous. However, this was not a deal breaker for me as the quality and taste of the food made up for it.In terms of pricing, the total cost for all the food and drinks seen in the pictures and videos came out to be $42. Considering the quality and taste, I found this to be reasonable.Overall, my first dining experience at this Colombian restaurant was fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future to indulge in their delicious cuisine. I highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you're looking to explore Colombian food for the first time.“
“Big fan of this place. We stop here often when we go to the farmers market. Great empanadas, enchiladas, and tamales. The owner, Tom, is a super nice guy. My son has never been able to tolerate spicy food but Tom sat down with him and coached him through trying it on his empanadas. Now my son is hooked and I'm glad we picked up some salsa roja for the road. Very friendly, family run place with great food.“

“Food is great. They now have homemade limbes. Pina coladas are amazing. The sandwiches are good. The pastellios are always fresh. The only downside is that people just come to the front, no line, and there is a wait. You might want to call ahead if you know what you want.“
