“My man & I were visiting over the weekend & had dinner here Sat evening. Robert was our waiter & he was great! He was attentive & had a great personality. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. He ordered a bacon burger & I ordered the Chicken Caesar BLT. We enjoyed the food & atmosphere so much we returned on Sunday for lunch prior to heading back home. We sat at the bar & Jevelin was the bartender. She was friendly & welcoming. My man ordered the jalapeño poppers & I ordered the crab-cake sliders for appetizers. He ordered the cheese steak & I ordered the Cali chicken sandwich for our meal.Quality food cooked well! We will definitely eat here again whenever we are in the area again!“
“SO we dropped a decent amount of money as we were from out of town and wanted a good sampling. Everything was above average, though not amazing. I would go back again if in the area but not drive 1.5 hours again. Atmosphere was great and staff were wonderful. Parking kind of sucks, but what can ya “
“SO HAPPY TO THEYRE OPEN (AGAIN) What a fresh look! Love the cleaner environment! So thankful this little gem of a spot has a new owner, manager, and staff. The food is better than I ever remember. Non Smoking and Family Friendly! They said to check out the NEW FACEBOOK page because the old owner sold it and never deleted hers! Let's show this incredible staff how happy we are they are back and better than ever! Look out for their daily lunch specials, happy hour, bike nights, and live music/karaoke nights!! Looking forward to coming back very soon! Great food Great atmosphere Beautiful and wonderful bartenders Talented cooks Lots of Parking Fair Pricing Very Clean“
“Always a great dining experience at the Kunkletown Pub especially with a chef/owner at the helm. The situation is ideal because they check the inventory, prep all the ingredients and plate awesome entrees. The old farmhouse style exterior doesn't prepare you for the 'wait for it' food that the kitchen staff serves up. The food is made to order, typically a bit of a wait yet we are always happy with the results. We ordered the meat lasagna as an appetizer along with a chicken Saltimbocca over steamed spinach, side of stuffed potato plus the six tempura battered XL shrimp and steamed asparagus with a stuffed baked potato. it was all so tasty and fresh! A shout out to the chef for going above & beyond to feed the masses and our ROCKSTAR server, Natasha, who made sure to stop by intermittently to check on us and ensure our satisfaction with our meal.“
“We were visiting from out of town and saw this place had karaoke so we went. Everyone was so friendly and the drinks were a good price. Service was fantastic. It reminded me of the little dive bar we have back home that closed down. If you're looking for a low key place, I definitely recommend this one. Maybe go bowling and stop here after!“
“We stopped in after skiing at Blue with a friend. This was our first time here, and we were not disappointed. I had a draft, homemade tater tots, and honey hot bone in wings. We sat at the bar, and the bartender took great care of us. They have these cool mini add on tables, so when you eat at the bar, you don't have to lean over far to eat your order. Give the Covered Bridge Inn a try! I'll definitely be back!“
“Had a great experience there. Food was delicious, you must try the cheesesteak sandwich! The staff are very polite and take their jobs seriously. The mixed drinks are always on point, made with a friendly smile by Amy. Highly recommend to all my friends!“
“First time here, went based on great reviews. I had the cheesesteak with sauce, fried onions, sauce and banana peppers. The roll was excellent, full of seasoned meat and not overly sauced. I like to eat and would have been happy to stop after eating half but..I ate the whole thing...?♂️“
“First time there. Really cool bar. I ordered the Pub Deluxe Burger and 10 Sweet and Spicy wings. The wings were fantastic, some of the best I’ve had in the area. The Portuguese roll looked like it was going to be too much bread for that burger but after 1 bite I was hooked. That roll is special and the burger is top notch. In comparison I just had the Smokehouse burger from Pints & Pies 2 weeks ago. This burger was in a completely different class. Alexis at the bar was great too. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. Definitely a gem in Bethlehem.“
“This is my go to place if I want a nice burger with fries that will fill me for the night! The bills favorite burger is my favorite you can't go wrong! And honestly all of the appetizers are great tasting and portioned for the price! And the staff is always friendly! Been going here for years and will continue to!“
“Second time coming in. First time was on a complete whim and we brought family. Second time was just the wife and I. Both experiences were excellent. Food is delicious, portions are appropriate for the price and wait staff are friendly and attentive. I believe we had Chris as our waiter both times. So glad this place is only 5 minutes from our house.“
“My first time here. Overall I liked the size of the place and the atmosphere. My bartender was friendly and on top of things. My only negative is the mushroom burger I ordered had no taste. I definitely will go back to try other menu items.“
“Love this place and a woman owns it and tomorrow is International Woman’s Day…gotta support the awesome lady business owners hustlin out there! The jukebox and speakers are awesome here! Bartenders rock! Patrons are fun! Great Spanish food style buffet and great other bar bites at a great price! Beer is cold and cheap??????“
“Ate here with a large group of Adults(6) and kids(9). Took some time for seating and the single server was overwhelmed. Missed inputting my meal and mixed up a few drinks. Food was good and came out quick. Menu is based mostly around bar fare with some specials. Large beer selection with lots on tap and full bar with specialty drink lists.“
“Good food. But....it's a bar in Northampton. Just ordered the Cuban sandwich.price went up to $11 dollars and it no longer includes fries. Really? Bartenders inattentive and rude. Been going here for 10years. Never again will they see a dime of my money.Update. Much improved service and food quality consistency. Changed rating.“
“Folks will say this is a dive bar and I will tell you those people have never had a drink before eleven a.m. Joe's is a welcoming place no matter who you are or how thick your wallet is and it's probably the best place on the north side of Bethlehem that tourists haven't ruined yet. Best cheesesteak in Bethlehem and my wife swears by the Caesar salad. Also, don't sleep on the soups. They are gourmet and put the soups at higher priced and more pretentious places to shame. The staff is friendly and attentive and kids are welcome. Only things to know is its cash only (low fee ATM inside) and bring quarters for the novelty vending machine in the men's room.“
“I haven’t been here in a while because I now live in Cincinnati, but for me to look up the Belmont says it all !It’s a must stop! if you’re in the area….Geneo and Kim treat everyone like family !!!Best wishesGinny and JeffThe pig roasts are a flavorful blast !“
“We went here today on a whim and were pleasantly surprised! The bartender Kristine greeted us when we opened the door and invited us in from the cold to get warm. Service was great! Food was amazing! And the locals at the bar were super friendly and even waved and gave us a super kind goodbye and welcomed us back when we left. The bathroom was small, just an FYI if u require a large bathroom or an accessible one. I’m not sure if they have another one available or not. I used the women’s. The parking lot is in the back of the building and there is a one way street ( in the wrong direction) to get to it from the main road that the GPS takes you too, but we just found street parking a block away, which is free. Overall I am super impressed with this spot and definitely will be back if I am in the area again!Parking: The parking lot is in the back of the building and there is a one way street ( in the wrong direction) to get to it from the main road that the GPS takes you too, but we just found street parking a block away, which is free.Kid-friendliness: They have a main dining room that is super kid friendly and lots of valentines decorations up. Even a kissing booth prop that would be great for an improv photo opp.Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom was small, just an FYI if u require a large bathroom or an accessible one.
