Usually everything is always great at Wendy's but yesterday our order was wrong and burger was so dry like it sat out for hours. I will say Wendy's is still the best out of the other fast food places & has the best deals

Crew Worker Antonella Ferrari walked over to the sandwich station, pulled her sleeve up, and proceeded to use a nicotine device. She did this at exactly 12:06pm. This is not the first time she did this during her shift that she has done this.

I love Wendy’s restaurants, but this is my least favorite one. I’ve been treated poorly there recently up until now I’ve had good experiences, but I realize now that if you really want a Wendy’s that tastes good go anywhere but this one. Please get your act together “ Wendy’s 3rd Street”Please. Because, I love you.

This gets highest ratings because it is cleaner than other locations, the staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.
Food was good. The drive-thru was very busy, but staff kept us informed that they would a minute. We always enjoy Wendy's!! Our meal was topped off with a Frosty brought to the table after we were done eating our meal. We told the clerk we would come up when we were done eating, but she brought them to us!! Awesome!!

They definitely microwaved my nuggets. On two separate orders. I ordered cheese sauce and it was not only clumpy but Luke warm. Once they get this down packed they'll have a 5star from me. Wasn't too bad

I was at this Wendy's last night to order food inside. Before I drove there I inquired if this location did the 50 piece nugget. The guy that answered the phone told me they did (they did not). The night before I used Door Dash and they forgot my medium fry. I mentioned it to who I can only assume was the manager (woman with dark hair). I didn't think anything was going to be done about it because it had been a full day but she asked what size and then upgraded it to a large for my order I was currently getting. I appreciate it because she definitely didn't have to. She was super nice, but I couldn't help but notice the 2 other employees that were there with her (young males). She had to constantly remind them to focus and actually do their jobs meanwhile they're grabbing each other's butts and giggling. There was at least 4 cars in the drive through and a few people in the dining area when I arrived and it seemed like she was basically working by herself and babysitting 2 children. Please give this woman a raise! I've ordered Door Dash from this location in the past and every now and then I would be missing a fry or sandwich and now I know why. Food's always great from this location, but there definitely needs to be an adjustment on some of the people working there.
