Rude drive thru female worker. I ordered ahead a couple minutes before arriving. It said 4-7 minutes for my drink to be finished. Lady in the drive thru said I need to order ahead 10-15 minutes to give them enough time. My drink was expected at 1:09pm. I made it up to the window at 1:12pm and my drink was ready. She just took the effort to berate me for no reason. I did not hold up the line. I asked isn’t it faster to have my order in a couple minutes early rather than ordering at the window and she said “no.” Could have been having a bad day but she did this before. I should not be scolded by a customer service employee just because she is in a bad mood. She did not say have a nice day.

I serviced this place. Wish the Starbucks coffee was a little bit better. It’s a little bit on the strong side for me and I asked for a swirl instead of a sugar-free shot which made the coffee nasty blueberry and vanilla scones are nice and soft and they are good when they are warmed up, customer service is

I don't ever go to Starbucks but reluctantly came here to work while the wifi was down at home. I was prepared to pay too much money for a let-down, but honestly, I'm not even mad that this is the worst coffee ever (I'm being dramatic, it's not that bad... also this is no fault of the people working here!! I just don't like Starbucks coffee) because the workers are so friendly- not just to me but to literally everyone who walks through the door. They recognize people by name and seem to genuinely care how they're doing. Also, they all seem to be friends- like real-life friends- and are having fun which I'm ingesting through osmosis or something because I'm just happy to be here. Maybe there's something in the coffee but they are just so kind and have indirectly made my day so much better just by listening to them interact with everyone. Thank you for your kindness- you all have such bright spirits and it is much appreciated!!!

The app for the Belle Vernon, PA location says they’re open just not accepting order ahead. So ya now drive out there on triple star day to find out they’re actually closed. Ya think they’d update the app they’re closed or perhaps they’d notify HQ so they can send out an email or some kind of push notification to regular customers of this location that they’re closed. Instead, you drive to that location to find out they’re actually closed due to plumbing issues. So then as any reasonable customer would do, ya then call customer service and explain to them the app said they’re open, which you checked before you drove you there because ya wanted to order ahead but the app said the location just wasn’t accepting ordering ahead, which is normal for this location. The customer service representative then proceeds to tell ya there’s a telephone number for each location on the app and I should now call the store ahead of time to actually make sure they’re open on a normal business day! Ya gotta love the spectacular customer service from this company!! So now I guess we gotta call the location in which we’d like to order from to see if they’re actually open like they should be on a regular business day. This is a prime example of how Starbucks and its employees know we’re suckers and will never boycott this company or, no matter how rude or much the company and its employees show a lack of appreciation for our business and provide subpar customer service, we’ll continue to pay an astronomical price for a drink with some ice, a bunch of unhealthy sugar syrup and fattening whipped cream, and some of us’ll even pay additional just for non-dairy alternatives, even though dairy is included in the regular price, and we’ll continue to inconvenience ourselves in the meantime at our own expense at whatever the cost.

We refuse to serve me when their hours on their window said they opened at 5:30 and they also had the doors unlocked so I was able to walk in and told me oh they don’t open until six. What you shouldn’t put times on your window and refuse to serve me and to have your doors unlocked

Rude employees. Terrible customer service. Better off driving anywhere else. A lot of local coffee shops around that would love your business, and never treat you poorly for their mistakes.

The worst Starbucks! Always closed.. they make their own hours! You’ll sit in the drive thru for an hour just to get to the front and them be closed at 4. There hours don’t reflect on the website, so you drive there for them to be closed! Get a new manager!!!!!!

Went through Oct 22nd drive thru - apparently power was out so they were closed (I'm not sure how they were able to yell at us through the order speaker). Whoever was in the store and spoke through the drive thru speaker was aggressively rude. While I understand there was apparently store issues, when I went through there was no sign posted indicating the closure. When I was polite and simply informed them there was no sign (perhaps the wind took it or something else?) they basically called me stupid. I had just driven 6.5 hours, am hella not local but I can 100% guarantee that I will go out of my way to go literally ANYWHERE ELSE (including bad vending machine coffee) before I ever return here to be treated that way.
