Parking: Back Porch wasn’t too busy when we went on a Wednesday. We were able to park in lot near the entry door which is in the back of the restaurant.

It’s overpriced w a small “fake menu”. I ordered the tomahawk and got a de bones cut up center cut chop for 27$?! Tf!?!

Had the pleasure of eating at The Back Porch Restaurant last night. At the recommendation of our FB friends we chose to dine in the Side Door Speakeasy and weren’t disappointed. We were entertaining friends from Scottdale and they were equally impressed by the experience. I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was a joy. We started with the appetizer sampler which had shrimp cocktail, ribs, General Tso’s cauliflower and brie with pita chips. Everything was delicious. We also ordered the bread appetizer which offered a cinnamon butter and blue cheese balsamic butter both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The entrees ordered were scallops, crab cakes and the tomahawk pork chop. Everyone raved about their food selections. We ordered sides of garlic mashed potatoes, risotto and carrots. The sides were sampled by the four of us and there were still leftovers to take home. Our waitress informed us that side dishes are family size and she wasn’t kidding!! We also had Sangria and white wine along with the special strawberry crème brûlée for dessert which was incredible!! Kudos to the chef and our wonderful waitress for making our first visit to The Back Porch in probably 40 years one to remember!! We will definitely return before another 40 years passes!!

The basement is something special for sure. Just wow. Minus one star for price-to-quality ratio. It was very good. $200 for two with tip, good? Questionable.

I had take out from here for the first time and was so impressed! Butter lettuce salad with blue cheese crumbles and dressing with grilled chicken and brussel sprouts. Dessert was a soft fudge brownie topped with powdered sugar! I can't wait to dine there soon and experience the rest! Hands down a 5 star on flavor and a good meal choice.

I will never eat there again. After sitting for about an hour waiting on our meal with 1 dinner roll to tide my empty stomach, all of our dinners arrived barely warm. The waiter was nice and was compensated well for his time. Went home and laid down only to begin rifting on the baby back ribs. Was able to drink down some Pepto Bismol to hold back the vomit. The place is overpriced and the food was lousy.

I went there for my birthday! The scallops, risotto, carrots, Merlot on tap and creme brulee were the best ever! It has it all! Atmosphere, great service and the absolute best scallops I ever had. The risotto was excellent and I love their carrots! A fabulous birthday dinner!

Really really really really bad food. If I could give it negative stars, trust me I would. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in this place again. Even the simplest of things they manage to mess up. I’ve never even left a review in my life but this place was so bad I felt the need to warn others. If you’re reading this and you decide to ignore my warning it’s on you.

The only reason I have it as a one star is because you cant do zero stars. This place was awful. The food was essentially rotten, it steak tasted like actual spoiled milk. Anyone who is saying this place is quality is lying to themselves because “aesthetic”. The owners should do themselves a favor and destroy the building for the insurance money. I would label this restauraunt as a disgrace to the culinary arts. How do you even mess up fries?
