I was very happy with the cheesesteak I had today at Troys and the special was a great value! The service was also very good, the ladies working were friendly and fast. I also appreciated the house made fries.My only issue: no salt on the fries! Please season fries, even lightly, it’s not the same when salt is added later at the table.
The good: fast service and really nice staff.The not great: the “Philly” sandwiches/fries. Got a couple Happy Valley hoagies and the meat was completely dry if that’s possible? Added a couple of teaspoons of mayo which helped.
