April 10th ordered at 7:45pm asked for a burger without mayo or ketchup, they verbally acknowledge it, got my burger covered in mayo and ketchup, thanks ?

This place is a mess. Poorly run, no one seems to know what they're doing and they constantly mess up orders. Once I waited 10 minutes at the drive through to order food, only to be entertained by a worker who didn't realize the speaker was on and I could hear him complaining and swearing about the place and hoping there wasn't any customers this close to closing. I've been to many Wendy's over the years and this one is by far the worst.

Walked in with a few people in line. After waiting a few minutes nobody helped anyone in the line inside the dining room. When I asked the person in front of me how long they’ve been waiting and he said 8 min… I then ordered via the mobile app, just to wait in the drive thru line for15 min. It was moderately busy.This is a business management issue. I’ll be sure to skip this Wendy’s in my commute.

quality of service is worse every time i go here so i probably wont even go again. the servers have never been polite to me or smile even though im trying to be nice and smile and say please, thank you, ect. I get having a bad day but its every time I go there and i worked in customer service before so i understand that customers can be rude or annoying but at the end of the day its your job to serve them and be as polite as possible, especially if they aren't being rude
