This place was awesome. Stopped in for a quick bite and some beers. I look forward to coming back to check out the rear patio area.

Ordered a Bellevue bowl and a mojitoThe Bellevue bowl was fantastic, and the turnaround time from ordering was only around 5 minutes which was awesome, and I'll definitely be returning either to dine in with friends or pickup a Bellevue bowl for takeout. The mojito on the other hand was pretty weak, in more ways than one. It came out with no mint in it and no minty flavor, and when I asked for some extra mint the waitress (who was excellent) let me know that they used a mojito mix. She did offer to bring me out some extra mix which was kind of her. The drink itself was fairly weak too, and it was served in a pretty skinny highball packed with ice so the drink was gone in 4-5 sips. They really only need fresh mint to make their own mojitos considering they should have rum, simple syrup, and club soda stocked already so it did feel like a cop-out for a $7 cocktail at a Mexican restaurant. At least they have the margaritas down! Just steer clear of the mojito

Mid tacos. This feels more like a bar that happens to have food than a restaurant. The tacos are basic White People Taco Night style with store-bought flour tortillas. Nothing to write home about and a far cry from competitors like Condado or Evergreen. The atmosphere looks nice with interesting decor and lights, but the music at 2pm was so loud that I couldn't have a conversation and hurried to leave because it was giving us both a headache.Overall I can't think of a reason to return.

This place nailed every part of the experience I seek in a restaurant. The atmosphere was very cool, the service was incredible, the food was great, the price was lower than I ever imagined, and I even met the owner, he was a very nice guy that seemed to appreciate his customers. It was an overly pleasant experience.

Love the Margaritas. Definitely try mixing flavors. So good. Only problem I had was it took over 45 minutes to get our tacos. Other than that we had a decent experience. Not sure if we'll be back though.

I go here every Tuesday. Tacos are always great but the entertainment is even better. The karaoke, DJ, DJ, Q is amazing. He has a great energy, very interactive with the crowd and if you sing karaoke, you get a free margarita which always makes everything better. I would definitely recommend coming out. It’s a great time.

The food was delicious, but WARNING for Amorim’s with allergies: NO SPECIAL ORDERS! It doesn’t say it on the menu, which is even worse, since our waitress had to explain it and that changed some of our orders drastically.I liked the atmosphere & I’m sure I’ll like it when it’s not holiday themed, too.On karaoke night, if you sing you get a free margarita & thankfully, all the singers were good. The prices are decent and service was very good. We’ll definitely return.

Five stars for the staff!! But that food was beyond bland. Having lived in El Paso may have contributed to this but that taco meat had zero flavor. Very generic. Definitely overpriced. Guacamole was ok.. Was not a fan. But like I said, staff was AWESOME.

I want to give a huge shout out to 202 Hometown Tacos for their exceptional service last night! When we arrived, the place was packed and there were no tables available, so we planned to come back another time. However, as we were leaving, one of the owners approached us and let us know that a table had opened up. We were thrilled to be able to dine in, especially because they had an incredible Holiday pop-up bar going on right now. Our server, Brandon, was friendly and attentive throughout the night, making sure we had everything we needed while we enjoyed our drinks, appetizers and tacos. We were truly impressed by how nice everyone was and the whole experience was above and beyond our expectations.

I placed several orders for co-workers and myself last week. Our food was fresh and hot when we got it back to the office. There were about 7 orders, and they were correct. Usually when we place a to-go order somewhere, the orders are wrong, someone is missing something and/or the food is cold. They were very friendly and handled our chaos well. We'll be ordering again and often.
