This place is a joke. I ordered half a steak hoagie to go. I went in paid them. My total was $10.69. My stomach wasn’t feeling well and had to use the restroom. I asked if I could use the restroom, I was told no. (I guess I didn’t meet a certain threshold of spending to have the privilege of using their restroom.) I was told you have to spend $12.99 (the price of their cheapest pizza which is only 7”) here to use the bathroom which is one of the most asinine things I’ve ever head of. I had to drive 5 minutes out of my way to use wing stops bathroom. Completely unbelievable that a customer would be treated this way. And $9.99 for a half hoagie is definitely on the high end. It wasn’t the worst hoagie I’ve had, but I’d give the hoagie a 5/10 personally. If they’re gonna deny a customer to use a restroom over $1.30, if they have that little compassion and concern for their customers imagine their care of the food they’re serving you. It was also dead at 2 in the afternoon when I went in which was a red flag as well. You can get a much better hoagie cheaper within a 10 minute radius, and if you’re gonna support small business, support ones who have their customers and communities back, not these guys. I wouldn’t eat here if they were giving pizzas away for free.

Food is pretty good. We've tried lots, chicken, pizza, onion rings, chicken wings. I have coupons mailed to me the I cannot enter via online order. Every time I call the men answering are very unfriendly. It's been so bad I'll quitt ordering. One could say they are just rude.

I've eaten a ton of different hoagies out there. Right now they have them all beat. I truly appreciate their work. Only suggestion I have is when someone takes time out of their day to congratulate you and thank you. Talk a little bit. I own a business and will spend my time explaining our mission statement. Be personable a bit and I could see this changing to all 5 stars.

I am impressed! Their meatballs are homemade and very flavorful! The pasta was pleasant. There was enough for me to have 3 servings in just one order!The Buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. Had a good bite but not overpowering. The chicken was crispy and moist.Great prices for what we got. 100% recommend, definitely looking forward to try more of their food!

I ordered a cheeseburger plus fries plus a soda Although I stated no soda, it was still delivered to my door. My second order was a club hoagie with fries. When I received the order the second fries were missing and the coke was delivered even I stated no soda. Plus no condiment for the hoagie.On top of that , the driver was out in the parking lot of the apt complex. I told him he was to deliver it to my apt door as instructed when I placed the food order. He was either too stupid or too lazy to use the call box to the apt bldg. I told him how to use it. I hung up, 10 minutes later he finally is able to access the building. The call box is very simple, two steps involved that my 6 year old grandson could figure out.This is totally unacceptable. It doesn't take too much brain work to follow instructions on both parties; the restaurant and the driver.There are no excuses; I worked 20 years in the restaurant and hotel industry.

We've been ordering delivery for months and will continue! Ephesus has become our go to for pizza. We've tried plain cheese (L) and veggie (M). The plain is pretty good but my favorite is veggie. Sometimes the spinach gets a little too crispy but otherwise it's perfect.

Pizza Ephesus is my family's favorite pizza shop in Pittsburgh and has been for the past four years! The service is amazing. They are polite and friendly every time and the food always arrives hot and fresh. Also, the food is reasonably priced and they have great deals. You cannot beat Pizza Ephesus in Bellevue. I wish I could give ten stars!
