I love the Pizza and the service. The staff has always been great!!! My only complaint is on phone orders, where I cannot replace the garlic sauce with marinara sauce without paying for the garlic, which I don'twant!!!( I worked in pizza shops for the last 10 years,that's ridiculous.) If they would offer the switch, I would actually buy a second marinara!?$
We have ordered from many chain pizza places and family owned. We are from Upstate NY and have struggled for 5 years to find pizza that compares to what we are used to. Shockingly, Papa Johns at the Bellevue location is by far the best. We always order “light sauce” and it has been correct 9/10 times. We’ve been ordering from this location for nearly 2 years now. I can’t say anything bad. The foods always hot, exactly as I order, no missing items, no issues, app is easy, rewards and deals are nice, recommend app to track orders and points as you and use Papa Dough earned. Good food, great pricing and the staff is never an issue. Actually respect them keeping the doors open the last year especially as we know it was short staffed. Thanks PJ Bellevue location✌?❤️?
