While the taste of the food is good. When placing my order they did not have ingredients I like on my burrito bowls. Also when I placed an order for extras during delivery, I never got the extras.
This is the worse Chipotle in the area. Walked in only to wait 5 mins before someone tells you they are taking online orders only. Waited another 30 mins for the food to be ready only to get it and it was the wrong order. Never going back. This place should just shut down.

They only do online orders. They, however, took us because we had a police discount and had high expectations, however our food was terrible. The proportions were awful and the food was bland. It was definitely sitting out all day. Chips were stale and guacamole tasted old. Would much rather go to the one on the Boulevard. The drinks were also watered down and NO ice. This place is awful.

Horrible. The service and the food went on a steady decline but now it’s just unacceptable. I bought two bowls and when we went to eat we had to just toss the bowls away and go get something else. I wouldn’t even give the food to a stray dog with how bad it was. Pure garbage. Not coming back to this location no matter what. I’ll go out of my way to go to another location but won’t buy food here again.

This place never gets the order right when I use them for delivery on the Chipotle app. Trying to leverage “Pepper” for assistance is ridiculous and the app is not user friendly for refunds as my order was wrong, I didn’t get my large guacamole. Also, when I physically went to this location once to pick up my order, I wanted brown rice in my bowl, I had waited an hour They offered to incentivize me if I took white rice, I declined. Finally they had my order ready, when I arrived home to unpack eat my food only to find out they gave me white rice. This location is always out of utensils and napkins and is not very clean in the sitting area. I’ve noticed some employees doing more than others and standing around. This location needs better training and quality control standards.
