I just left Dom's Seafood in Bristol, Pa and explained to the restaurant how I ordered a lump crab cake a few days ago and how it was loaded with bread filling. I even explained how it was still my refrigerator. The cashier lady didn't do anything to make me feel satisfied. She just looked at me with no explanation like I was a "nobody". Customer Service needs improvement. I've patronized this business frequently, too. I will be sure to spread the word and how they made me feel.

This place used to be good but has really gone downhill. The food was terrible, it was obvious that the oil used to fry the fish had not been changed in quite a while. Even the food that wasn't fried was overcooked. Never again.

Went to get crabs & we were looking at a basket on the table & a lady came out from back room yelling at us telling us that is someone's dinner. We said they should have had a sign saying sold & we also told her that they should have never been out in the general area for people to see. Also we noticed that alot of the crabs were under sized & we mentioned that to her & she said they are all #1's. We left & will never be back again.

We get take out . There are just a couple tables inside . Food is great . Very fresh . You can take it home and cook it or have them cook it for you . Jumbo lump crab is to die for .
