This is by FAR the slowest dunkin drive- thru I have ever been too. I have come a fee times now and EVERY TIME, even when there may only be 1 car in front of me, it takes AT LEAST 15 minutes for something. They need a better system like other dunkins that serve their drive- thru fast and efficiently.

I went to get my coffee this afternoon. It's my surprise the store was decorated with Halloween decorations. It's nice to walk into a store where the employees are present and the store is clean and celebrates the seasons and the holidays. Dillon and Kerri a great asset to the team it's a great pleasure to see them when we come in. Great conversation great people keep up the great work.

6:30 p.m. on 9/5 and the drive thru is horrendous. Waited so long I pulled out of the line and left. Waited about 10 mins after I placed order and the line moved 1 car. Drive thru service has gone down hill for the last few months. Alot of new faces can't seem to get it together.

The worker dude at the drive-thru was "unpleasant". The egg and chorizo wrap wasn't even warmed/heated all the way. Half the wrap was still cold. Just a lame experience.
The guy at the drive through Indian man I can’t even call him gentleman because this is now my third time he has spoken down to me and was disrespectful! Also the drive through is terrible they can’t even get it together there everyday it like is around the store and the service is terrible takes twenty minutes to get your food I also place my order on the mobile app so I don’t have to place it in person and the man always yells at me for driving around when the other cars are placing it in person ! They specifically say drive around when I get up to the order kios ! And he still proceeds to be disrespectful and talk down to me
