They aren't making artisan crafted, hipster infused, food made by a guy with a man bun & wearing a Che Guevara shirt for $15 a slice. They also are not a chain Pizza Place serving out of a box, artificial food. What you get at Franks is great food that won't make your wallet hurt and a dedicated staff that specialize in quality of service. Franks has been around a long time and if you haven't given it a try yet, well its your loss.Parking: The parking lot can become a little congested later into the night, especially on weekends. There is a lower level parking area at the pharmacy next door you can park in if your picking up your food.
I send so many people here from my hotel. Won't anymore. My order gets messed up and not made rite.Lettuce and chicken fingers $13.15.I'd add photos but it won't allow me to.I send sometimes 10 guest a day to order from here but sadly that relationship between us is over!
They let us order a pizza no longer in the menu made called us 30 mins later and tell us they can't make it we choose w normal pizza hour after when pizza is suppose to be arriving we get call that girl at counter didn't know we are a mile out of radius and can't deliver the food we now have wait almost 2 hours for 11pm and nothen else is open great customer service just a well guess ur out of luck we waited ur time bye

The worst. Girl with a real attitude working the register. As I waited for my pizza I heard them tell a customer over the phone they burned their pizza so it would take longer. When I got home, I found the bottom of the veggie pizza was BLACK, and I had to trash the whole pie! Charged me $62 for 2 large pizzas and 2 drinks. way more than I expected (receipt was not itemized for some reason), and added an extra charge for using a credit card!

Ordered a 2 cheesesteak special that came with fries & 2 liters of soda for $18.00. Also ordered 8 unbreaded wings with no price because the menu online was not their updated one. With delivery & taxes came to $36.85. The cheesesteaks were very greasy & 1 didn't have cheese on it. When I called back the girl said there was nothing they can do about it. Asked for updated menu but the driver said he didn't have any. Could even check pricing. Wouldn't order from there again. This was the first & last time I will order from there.
