Without getting into the taste of the biscotti (Although I highly recommend, nobody buy the biscotti bits, half of which were stale) I must say that this is the most frustrating and uncaring customer service experience I have ever had with a company. And with customer service like this I don’t think they deserve my business or yours. After getting a referral coupon months ago for 40% off which didn’t work, I was promised another. I was given another one, and that also didn’t work. I have an email thread with someone named Tina from customer service and have even spoken with her on the phone. She promised to call me back in an hour but of course she didn’t. All I wanted to do was place the order with the 40% off coupon as promised over the phone since they don’t seem capable of generating a coupon code that works. And despite all the emails, phone calls, and empty promises, they have not managed to place my order. There are plenty of other companies that respect their customers. Sadly, this company is not one of them.

Terrible customer service. Sent me over 60 dollars worth of biscotti that were destroyed.The customer service rep keeps blaming UPS and says she can’t help me until They get there money from UPS. It’s been over a month and she just keeps putting me off. I told her in the very beginning that The box was totally intact, so I don’t think UPS was at fault but poor packaging on their end.I don’t even want a refund just new product. I texted her last Friday and asked her to contact me. It is now Wednesday and I have heard nothing I even asked her to have someone else with authority to contact me because she keeps claiming she has to get permission because it’s company policy that they need to get there money from UPS before they can handle my problem. Great product terrible customer service .Also ,I did everything they asked including sending pictures of the destroyed product and this was the second delivery that came in that way . I ignored the first one because I thought it was just a flukeSo in closing be leery of the money back guarantee.

I purchased the black & white cookies and they are delicious! I was impressed that there is no added sugar. It tasted sweet but 9 grams of sugar per serving. Very nice!!??

I placed a large order from Dijas Natural Foods. Unfortunately, the box was damaged during shipment and several items were smashed. I sent an email and photos. They responded quickly and refunded my orders. Very good customer service! I will order from them again.

Pistachio and Cranberry Almond are 2 favorites so far! I recommend these to all as they are low in calories and great! Fresh always!Keep up the great work.

My mom and I both absolutely love the biscotti. I buy a huge box and enjoy one morning, noon, or night with a cup of coffee or tea. They are a light treat that provide just the right amount of sweet. I especially love the chocolate almond and pistachio vanilla but trying lots of flavors is fun. A treat for all days!!

My entire box ot muffiins had ants all over everywhere in the box on the box it was disgusting I had to throw the box immediately out because it was I couldn't bring it inside so I never heard back from you guys but I'd sure like to either try again or get a refund I'm so excited to see those muffins too but not that way thank you
