I ordered online on the McDonald's app. I came here to receive my food and I wrote the number I was at. (I was at #4) An employee comes and hands me my food, which I thought would be mine. While driving, I look at the receipt, I got Taylor's food, not mine. She was #8 and I was #4, how do you mess that up?!?!? I came back to get my food, that I ordered. They give it to me, but that was it. They didn't apologize or anything. Not even a simple sorry. Customer service is horrible and they always mess up my food, this wasn't the first time they messed it up.

Place is really clean. Employees are really friendly but management... I don't know... The are kind of off. I can't get a handshake from them and I can't get them to identify themselves when I say hello. Makes me feel like they are infallible or sketchy.

Did a mobile order only 10 minutes away from this restaurant My confirmation told me to head to this address but then when I pulled up it wasn't showing at that address it was showing further down the street road apparently it was a mobile app I tried to explain this to the manager candy who was extremely disrespectful and condescending towards me and she refused to simply give me my mocha frappe I told her forget about the app I'm just ordering it right now and will pay for it and she literally told me no that she would not do it I told her I wasn't moving out of the line until I got the order that I paid for after 15 minutes of holding everyone up she finally gave me my frappe which was dripping down the sides of hot fudge and whipped cream as soon as I got back to my job I threw it away. My son worked at this location several times some years back and he knows the manager candy that he verified it was her. I also took a video of her.

Restaurant collected $13.11 but did not give me any food after waiting over 20 minutes in line.Manager Osvaldo said he could not help or offer a refund.I left the Bensalem McDonald's $13.11 poorer without any food.I'll pursue McDonald's for a proper refund, as I can see my card was charged this evening.

Well if you go 30 minutes bro spare good place to wait for your food, can't call it fast food anymore so slow turtles pass you by. I go there different times super slow feel like gotta make reservations for fast food burgers. Why have two lanes when you open only one in morning lack of help no care customers sit so long waiting for just to place order
They stopped the free refill for soda. Not my go to McDonald’s any longer.

This location (Bensalem) had the freshest food out of all I've been to. I got fresh and hot food here and I was very surprised since I was only expecting the usual sloppy sandwich and cold food. I ordered at the drive thru and it was in the evening. It was very nice having people care about what they serve to their customers. Wish all locations were just as good. I don't like that they have the drive thru only going one way because I was not coming from the main highway. I came in from the side road so I won't be going back to this location for that reason. It's only good for the people who are traveling on street road.
