The service has always been pleasant, though it is often a little slow for a drive through. The food is completely decent, but in most cases you get better food at similar if not better prices by going to a local chinese place, which are in no short supply here

The employees are very kind. They offered a variety of food choices, which are good. Mainly had the orange chicken with white rice. It was delicious. If I ever wanted to go back there to eat, I would.

Stopped in on a road trip and I’m so impressed. Line moved quickly, food was good, and everyone was constantly moving. When they weren’t serving food, they were prepping or cleaning. Everyone was friendly and no one seemed to hate that they were there.Impressive for 2024

Ordered food online. I got it almost 20 minutes after it said it would be ready and that was even with me showing up 10 minutes before it was due to be ready. The food was just ok but the extra wait made it feel terrible.

Understaffed at lunch. Waited 10 minutes in line and it never moved. Employees were hustling but only 3 of them with a drive thru. Poor

So I decided against my better judgement to try out Panda Express, I hadn't been to one since a mall in highschool a long time ago. On the positive side, their portion sizes were more than adequate. Their food quality on the other hand doesn't qualify as "Chinese food". My first attempt at making fried rice as a child before I could read a cookbook and with no YouTube videos or any other way to learn was substantially better than what they call "fried rice". My 12 year old son spat out the first tiny bit I gave him and I can honestly say that the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to stands head and shoulders above this alleged "food". The Mongolian beef and orange chicken were mostly breading and tasted more generic than pf Chang. To sum it all up, a good value is only valuable when it's something worth eating and panda Express barely qualifies as food.

Young girl at front counter is beyond rude. Has an attitude like it is a bother for her to do her job. Gave me a ton of fried rice but barely ANY entree meats. Paid for a bottles soda, it wasn't in the bag. Used to come several times a week on lunch break bc I work right near it but not again. Never coming back after this time. Spent 28$ for no drink and boxes full of fried rice.

agree with others saying they're stingy with portions, especially the beef and broccoli. staff is nice but the quality isn’t what it used to be
