The worst place I ordered delivery told the lady three times what I wanted, she repeated it back to me. The delivery driver from door dash gotHere with the food and I was missing I pie, called the store to complain, the manager said I only ordered one pie I told him I repeated myOrder to this lady three times and she read it back to me where she she was correct I told him I was willing to buy the other pie but was not going to pay delivery again he said there was nothing he could help me with I wanted to speak with someone else he said there was not anyone I could talk to, hung up on me and I am repeatedly trying to call back and he will not pick up the phone this place sucks and I will take a trip there and make sure he hears it from me

It's decent fast food style pizza, but it works! They listen when it comes to your order, it's ready pretty quick and it's consistently good. Granted, it's not your traditional New York slice, but it's not meant to be. I even offered a highly customized pizza and they got it exactly right! (I don't recommend that unless you want to risk it not coming out as you want - it wasn't standard in the least.)

I ordered there 3x so far the past 30 days. The customer service is horrible. I asked for a special garlic sauce, the guy was giving me an attitude saying it’s inside the pizza box. I explained I ordered a Large and I have 3-4 people sharing and one sauce isn’t enough. The man raised his voice saying it doesn’t matter what size of pizza you ordered it comes with one sauce and you have to pay. I was shocked because I never said I wasn’t going to pay and I don’t mind paying for one extra sauce. I said I would like to buy one sauce. He repeated asking how many sauce you need ? I said one, I hand the man $20 bill, after opening the cashier, he gave me an attitude saying I don’t have change, don’t you carry $1? just rolled my eyes and hand him the $1 bill and walked out the store. Never going back to this PapaJohn, I rather drive out further.

Placed an order online and never got food. Order said it was delivered. Very rude manager. Said they would call me back in 5 minutes and never did. Never ordering from this location again. Not worth the trouble. 0 stars should be an option for rating.
Ordered delivery specifically told the driver we're outside call when arrive. Instead they knocked on the door for ,10 min upsetting our dogs causing them to bark the whole time upsetting the the hotel in the process. Read your delivery!!!!!? Why is it an option when you don't even read it!!
