Every visit to the store leaves me with a sinking feeling as I eagerly anticipate a warm and comforting treat, only to be met with disappointment. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been far from that ideal. The cold, lifeless pretzels I've encountered simply do not live up to the expectations I have for pretzels. I understand that occasional mishaps can occur in any establishment, but the frequency of this issue has left me questioning the overall quality control at the pretzel shop. It's disconcerting to think that a simple joy like enjoying a warm pretzel is consistently marred by this oversight. I genuinely hope that the management takes notice of this feedback and addresses the matter promptly. Warm pretzels are the heart and soul of your business, and ensuring their quality should be a top priority. I want nothing more than to return to the delightful experience I once had at your establishment, but until the issue is resolved, my enthusiasm will remain subdued. I have to say I forgot to take any pics. I will say the pretzels didn't stand a chance. Ordered 2 and ate them on way back home. Fresh is an understatement which is what you want. The employee so super friendly also. Wish I had a location closer to where I live.

It is illegal to charge a minimum charge on a *debit card* - no matter how many times you try to say it is not. If you can't afford the cost of doing business with cards, then become cash only.And your employee's response should not be, "Yes it is. You know, you don't have to have them."It also smelled like the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

I had to wait about 10 minutes for my no salt pretzels and when they were complete the employee gave me 10 fresh ones and the 3 old ones which were sitting there for an unspecified period of time.

I live in Florida every time I visit Philadelphia I have to bring back a lot of pretzels home. I love them. Made a mistake and had my mustard in my carry-on and they took it. My wife had the hot and spicy mustard but her was in the suitcase that was check in. I will be there on Sunday 31 to get my pretzel

Of course the pretzels are great however, the fact that we can buy just as delicious, or even tastier philly soft pretzels from Acme for LESS than the actual factory that makes them, doesn't say much for their customer satisfaction. Get off your high horse. ALL - Acme's bakery philly pretzels are always fresh, soft & delicious for just $0.65 each and have everything pretzels for the same price!
