I placed an order for delivery on their website and was told that I needed to contact Uber myself to pick up the food after 1 hour of waiting. After expressing I want to cancel my order, I was hung up on. I will never support this business again.

Service was HORRIBLE! Our waitress barely spoke to us, I had to ask for napkins, silverware, more water, soy sauce cups, takeout boxes, etc... It was like she was a robot and didn't really humanize while she was waiting on us. For what you pay for good sushi and a good meal there, it seems like they could have better service and accommodations. Also, they serve hot tea and it is not on the menu.
