You go for the food, not the atmosphere! And the food is outstanding! Best meatball parmigiana sandwich I’ve ever had. Waitress was very friendly and introduced us to the delivery driver who confirmed she would deliver to our location. The next day we ordered a Northern Italian pizza for delivery. Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough about this place, the employees, and of course the food. Oh wait. One more thing… the prices are amazingly reasonable, too.

Usually a great experience. Today I ordered a large pizza to be delivered. It got here and the cheese was everywhere but on the pizza. I called and let them know and they said they wanted the pizza back and would send a new one in 30 minutes. So my family had the choice to wait another half hour for dinner or eat the messed up pizza. We chose to eat theessed up pizza.

Extremely Horrible service, the small younger female was glad to take my 20% gratuity, but then never paid attention that my food was sitting there in plain view on the counter, I saw it but didn’t know if it was mine. Another friendlier employee (2nd female) asked what I was waiting for, she handed me the cold pizza and sandwiches. While walking out I realized how cold the pizza was, I went back in to take out counter and that original female I tipped just stood there in front of me and ignored me, never making eye contact with me, then got her purse, said goodbye to the other female and left the store, never saying anything to me like “I’m sorry” or “what can I do for you”…nothing!!!! The other (2nd) female took my food, took it to the back, 10 mins later…I was given the same food, just reheated. Nobody in charge ever spoke to me, nothing said except “I’m sorry” from the 2nd girl that handled my issue. Foods good when it’s warm, mine was not, I threw it out due to disgust on how I was treated. Apparently the owner/management don’t care about giving customers that spend their money there, cold food and treated poorly .

Walked in at 8:00 tonight. Saw the Seat Yourself sign and headed to a table. It smelled great in there. Was informed by the server that the dining room closed at 8 and only takeout was available. Then why the hell doesn't it say that on the website instead of wasting my time?

I ordered from here twice for lunch and the food so far was good. I mainly order a pizza and soup so I can't say much about their other items. I will try their cheesesteaks next

If I could give Taranovas a zero rating, that would be the most accurate rating.I placed a delivery order on 8/20/23 at 7:35 pm. I had given my credit card and, and as always, I instructed the delivery driver to call me when he arrives at the house. I was told the order should arrive in about an hour. The hour came and went, and so I called Taranova's at 8:47 pm (1 hr, 12 mins later ). As soon as the call connected, the girl muttered just three words, "We're closed now." I proceeded to ask her the whereabouts of my order. She quickly replied, "It's out with the driver." At 8:57 pm, I attempted to call again. But this time, no one picked up the phone. Taranovas has caller id and they knew it was me calling. And, so for the next 18 minutes, I repeatedly call both phone numbers and they refused to pick up. Toward those 18 mins, besides blowing me off and not answering my phone calls, they tried to play a Verizon Wireless disconnect message. Then they tried to implement a fax number. All this while they purposely attempted to ignore me, at all costs. And, of course, they just jerked me around. No food, no delivery, no apologies, just ignore me and I'll go away.Over the years, Taranovas changed hands. It appears there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It appears they hire these dopey young girls who man the phones and they could care less. Taranovas, you are absolutely, positively BAD NEWS. Maybe you allow your dopey young girls to treat customers like dirt, but for me, it's good-bye and good riddance, FOREVER

The food was horrible. I got the western burger. It comes with fries and macaroni pasta. The burger tasted like meatloaf, the fries were very bland, and the macaroni pasta tasted like straight black pepper. My husband got the fettuccine chicken alfredo, and it was drowning in the sauce. Also, the chicken looked and tasted like it was out of a can. 10/10 would not recommend
