I love places like this. They serve good food, have been in business for years and good prices. Breakfast for my husband and I was $12. You can also tell locals like the restaurant too as people greeted and talked with each other us included who are not locals. Grab a table outside for a creek side view.

Great place to eat before a swim. The full sub is huge and worth the price. The burgers are flavorful and decently sized. I'm craving it again just writing this review lol. They definitely get the little things right. Definitely welcoming to out-of-state visitors.

I get the large Turkey Cosmo every time I visit. As opposed to other sub shops, the order always comes generously filled with turkey and cheese and not simply filled with lettuce that gives the impression of a large sub. Always busy and workers are extremely polite.
