I came here while traveling and wanting something sweet and boy did get what I came for. I got a Chocolate waffle cone and it was 100% amazing definitely recommend if you like chocolate. The customer service was great and we were served relatively quickly. It’s great if you’re just looking for some ice cream on a hot day!

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years for the Turtle ice cream. Last few times I ordered it it was just chocolate ice cream with about one pecan and no caramel in it. No good!

They have good homemade ice cream. But the chocolate milkshakes are not good. Both times they don't taste right. Don't understand why they taste so different.

I went here a few months ago and ordered probably the simplest thing possible: one scoop of vanilla in a cake cone. When I went to pay for it, I was asked by the cashier, "Would you like to add a tip for service?" which totally caught me off guard and really shocked me, as I have never been blatantly asked for a tip before. I worked in food service during high school and never expected tips, they were always just bonuses from really nice customers, but to be asked for one was not polite at all and was just really poor business etiquette. Of course I then felt compelled to tip and did, although I instantly regretted it, because I had not done so out of my own good will, but rather based on the request from the employee.
